Parking lot quite far from homestay

Mr Khair is a friendly host. The unit are spacious and comfy. We had a trip on weekdays so we have the pool all by ourselves. :D

Parking space was on a different building. but the distance is acceptable.

Overall, the property is very clean. Wifi speed is fast too, with a mini tv box that allows us to watch Netflix and Youtube. The property is also of walking distance to the MRT. Its proximity to Petaling Jaya is a plus (driving distance). There are a Malay restaurant, as well as a few convenience shops at the condo itself. Didn’t manage to use the facilities such as swimming pool and the gym during my stay. The owner is very friendly and handed over the key and access card personally to us during check-in.

1. Bring your own toilet roll or buy it at the convenience store nearby, as it is not provided. 2. The doors of the house (all the rooms and toilets) are noisy when we open and close them, needs maintenance. 3. The air conditioner for one of the rooms is out of order during my stay. Owner informed us during our arrival. It doesn’t really affect our stay but it will be better if the owner can inform the guest upfront.

Very good location, near IKEA and Decathlon. Near highway exit. Pools are abundant. Designated parking lot. Restaurants and convenient store just downstairs.

1 room, the aircond is out of service. Bad timing maybe.
