Our hostess, Marissa, was so very helpful and accommodating. The house was perfect with all we needed for a great family vacation. Fun was had by all. Great location. Will absolutely rent again next time we go to VA Beach!

Upon entering the house, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated it was. In fact, it was one of the cleanest vacation houses we've ever stayed in. The toiletries and snacks were the perfect extra touch and came in handy. We also appreciated how the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled. The numerous bicycles were enjoyed by everyone. Marissa was awesome about communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. In addition to the suggestions left in the house, Marissa also messaged about the farmer's market, which we went to and got a bunch of yummy food! The distance to the beach was as advertised. A 70 year old in our party was able to walk there and back twice with no issues, and reported that it was a pleasant walk. We will definitely be staying in this house again our next time in Virginia Beach.

Clean house with plenty of beach gear! Personal touches were great especially the snacks for our kiddos. The only suggestion we have would be to include how to work the master shower as it’s a little unconventional. Host was responsive and very helpful. Labeling the kitchen cabinets was smart; we wish more vacation homes would do that!

This house is not worth the price you pay!! They charge 220 for professional cleaner they say however there are dead bugs all on floor, sofas stained and dirt all inside of them. All of things don’t work such as outside fire pit, coffee maker, toilet didn’t work when we first arrived had to call for them to come fix not even 10mins after we were there. Definitely not near the beach like it states or shows picture like you can walk almost right up. It’s 15 to 20 min walk. They want you to take the time and clean as if you were cleaning your own house when once again you are charged 220.00 for a professional cleaner to come which is actually her and her family. We seen for ourselves. They are nice ppl and have a lot of things at the house you can use incase you forget to pack something and things like that. However with house dirty, hasn’t been painted since before 2010( we know because someone wrote on door ways with date). Cracks all in walls and trim falling off walls this place is just not worth it. If they actually used some of the money they made of renting and fixed up the place, had real cleaners come and be honest on location then maybe it would be more worth it.

We had an amazing Mothers Day Weekend getaway! Owner texted info and was very thoughtful throughout the whole process. Walked into a beautiful home-even better than the photos. Smelt amazing. Had everything we needed in the home! All info you would ever need is provided on the side of the fridge! No detail left out! I believe we will definitely come back!

This house was perfect for our little friends reunion. It allowed all 7 of us to have a bed to sleep on (4 beds plus sofa) and gave us room to hang out and catch up on the deck, at the kitchen table and in the living room. Two full baths allowed all 7 of us to clean up in an efficient manner. The neighborhood was nice & quiet. The owner was super nice and helpful. She provided info about nearby farmer's market, coffee shops, and local activites. We couldn't have asked for more!

We had a great stay here. Family friendly home with much appreciated items like a high chair and little table and chair set. Great location with all the essentials for the beach.

Our family participated in the APDA Optimism Walk at Mount Trashmore. The house easily accommodated the six adults and one baby. Very close to activities and retail we were interested in. The beach was several blocks away but easily walkable for us. Special touch from the property owner providing toiletries for guests. Quiet, quaint neighborhood.

We had a good experience. The place was perfect for 2 families. It was clean. Check in and check out was easy. Marissa provided extra item like bicycles, beach towels which were very useful. The taps in master bathroom need a little servicing though! Overall we had a pleasant stay and we will recommend this place to everyone.

Best cozy comfort house as described on vrbo. Hygiene and cleanliness was the best and Marrisa was quite prompt in communication. We went over weekend with family and friends everyone loved living. Beach is very close by drive just 0.8 miles, food and grocery 0.5 miles drive away from home if you plan to cook and traveling with kids specially. Kids loved playing board games and video games. They attended the Neptune Festival and just hung out at the beach. The house is very well maintained. Would book this property again. Thank you so much Marissa. Everything was wonderful! We stayed here during the weekend of our son's wedding. When we began looking for a place to stay for the weekend, we knew we needed a full kitchen because we were going to be preparing some desserts for the rehearsal dinner and wedding, but we also knew that we had to have space for our children and grandchildren who would be with us, so we knew we needed a minimum of two hotel rooms, but at least one with a kitchen. Trying to find something like this, was proving to be very hard when someone suggested using VRBO, and we were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely homel! Double oven, full refrigerator/freezer, lots of counter space, many cooking materials, four tvs, toys for the little ones, video games, board games, extra throw blankets and pillows, made things even more wonderful! The house is nestled on a dead end road, which meant it is very quiet as well! It was easy to get to, and perfectly situated in regards to the places we needed to go to throughout VA Beach. The back porch and yard are great - and we were sad that we didn't get to use them, but we were pretty busy from when we got there, until we left, with wedding events. The owner left some snacks and drinks, and even checked in on us through text during our time at the house, to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

Great space for our celebration of my birthday, our stay away from our kids and spouses, etc. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook and make snacks. We found the deck to be a peaceful get away in the early morning when we drink our coffee. The fact that it was such a short drive from the ocean front was a super plus to our stay.
