The hotel was clean, great location, 3 different pools all open late until 11am. Tons of extras such as movie theatre, small workout room, resteraunts on site and walking distance from 7eleven.

Our family of 6, minus our 1 year old, was staying here. We had 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and a separate living room with a pull out bed. The room was fine but the housekeeping was a big issue. They never came to the room to empty the trash or replace towels and wash cloths unless we called and when we called it was nearly impossible to get them on the phone. They didn't give us the correct amount of blankets either and it was an issue getting them to bring the extra set we needed. Another minor issue is that the tvs brightness was set incredibly low. We couldn't see the TV barely at all and I am extremely tech saavy, there was no options in the settings to increase it so it made the TV almost unwatchable.

We love the pools, theater and being on the beach.

There were a couple of issues with our room, we told the front desk and they offered to have the problems fixed immediately. Really our only complaint is the lights in the room weren't very bright.

The views of the ocean were great. The location was perfect.

I wish there had been a safe in the room.

The swimming pool

No Air in hallways or elevators.The air worked great in the rooms but the moment you exit the room the rest was stifling hot to the point that you could smell body odors of others in the elevator. Also bathrooms smaller that a small closet. The shower doors so old & cheap that the hand rails fell off.

The wifi was incredibly spotty and didn’t work a lot of the time. The tv in our room was dim and you couldn’t adjust the brightness. Sometimes there wasn’t enough parking and we had to search forever to park.

Cleanliness poor, rooms need upgrade with TV service, the balcony need better paint, at least it didn't have bad smeell. Public areas poorly clean, roach in hallway (7th floor never cleaned for our 2 night stay) for the price they need to do better. If you request late check out they never gave us one. In general the managment need to improve a lot of things...restaurants have to reserve in advance....but hard to get a spot on the same day....

The cleanliness & beds were good, not great. The location was what we wanted as being in the quieter (north) end, and the 2 outdoor pools and heated indoor pool were a hit for children. The staff were very pleasant, even though some looked to be on training. The breakfast buffet had a cost, but kids ate free with a paying adult, and it served its purpose and wasn't bad at all. Room A/C was good considering we were on the top floor.

This looks like a very old hotel which shows in its room decor and especially the efficiency of its elevators. Very small, slow and hot. We had some water leaking on the bathroom floor, possibly from the sink.

Management staff, restaurant, location was awesome

There was a flood in our room which was cleaned up but the carpets were soaked despite the phenomenal response from the maintenance team. Our room was moved without any communication. The next day, housekeeping insisted we had checked out and treated us as if we were trespassing. It caused confusion and the day was ruined by needing to relocate in the afternoon in lieu of our day plans.. We were told we'd been credited 2 of the 4 nights for the flood and relocation communication errors and experience. When we checked out, we were told the folio would come from booking.com. Booking.com refers us to the hotel for a receipt. I left a message.for Bianca at the hotel and have not had a return communication. I remain with a 4 night paid in advance charge with no credit.

the lazy river isn’t really a typical lazy river pool. it doesn’t accommodate floats nor did it have the power to move the water around to produce what a lazy river does

the Elevator broke the first day while we were there while we were inside! Ended up taking the stairs the rest of the week. the hallway constantly smelled like CBD. Not good if you don’t like it. other rooms were loud during after hours.
