Awesome location, literally 15 minutes walk from Queensgate's Mall. Great facilities and comfortable beds with enough space in between for everyone to have their own space. And the armchairs were definitely a win for our older guests, lol.

No negatives from our perspective throughout this trip.

No book with instructions, gas fire very hard to light

Location was great, we walked to the train station and in to town for breakfast. It had enough beds for everyone .

The lock box for the keys was quite hard to use.

Lovely and roomy bungalow on a well-fenced, secure section with a neat tree house for the kids to play in. The location was great - 500 m to Waterloo train station and 700 m to Queensgate Mall (huge mall). Nice quality bedding. Great comfy couch and armchairs in the lounge. Heat pump nice and powerful on chilly mornings. Free feijoas from the tree outside! Host supplied laundry liquid which was appreciated. Great bathroom (there were bottles of shower gel in the shower - not sure if that was intentional by the host or if they were left behind by a previous guest but it was appreciated anyway). House has an endless supply of hot water. The kitchen was so well set up that it was easy to make a full meal for the family. I liked the covered patio so i could put the clothes airer outside to dry the washing while it was raining.

The wifi was rather slow. The house could benefit from a really thorough clean. Road is quite busy and it's difficult to back the car into the driveway, or back out, during peak hours. Single glazed windows in the front bedroom made it slightly noisy at night when a loud car or merry people travelled past.

Great location - easy communication with the host and good value for money. Good for groups.

Unfortunately there were heaps of baby cockroaches the night we arrived - they must have just hatched. Some of the beds were uncomfortable.

Central location to town, facilities were clean and tidy, security was good at house, property fully fenced, had access to all the amenities.

Parking was very limited, it's on a corner section located on a very busy road, the driveway was difficult to maneuver in and out of it, limited privacy as neighbours can see into the home.

Spacious beautiful house, great shower pressure, nice kitchen. Comfortable beds with great pillows and electric blankets. Very close to trains, shops and local dairy. Tree house was great.

I didn’t realise it had an adjoining property, until we were in the tree house and someone was in the yard. There were limited supplies (no tea or coffee). Dining table was wobbly. Road noise.

There is no toilet paper, they said we should buy it, so I went at night and bought, its really not fine. so If any one taking this buy toilet paper early.

Smelt, beds uncomfortable , table wobbled, kitchen utilities dirty, frying pans unusable old & burnt, curtains smelt, very busy rd were house shakes, not all lamps working felt old and grunge, didn't know someone else on properly. Definitely not worth the money.

Good location and good facilities, well set out house. Good communication with owner.

Cleaning fees a bit steep for a one night stay, bed was a little firm.
