Smart apartments as I had 3 because of working away with a large team.

Not a TV in the rooms and the pressure of the showers on the second floor.....(downstairs perfect!)

The location was perfect, I've stayed in that area before and it was very noisy but this apartment was very quiet and the rooms where very spacious, also customer service was brilliant and solved almost all of my problems

The TV was terrible, it was very hard to get a decent picture from the normal channels (bbc1, itv, channel 4 and 5). Then there was Netflix, the control was unusable for it, there was no way to select anything or play anything, when it comes to technology I am very savvy and I tried for an hour to get it to work and had no look, my suggestion to the owner is to use the control that came with the TV, this control looked like a universal one, but if it is the control for the TV perhaps buy a new one and try the tv out before advertising that you do Netflix. I Also tried Prime and YouTube, also not usable, the problem was the control, tried connecting phone to the TV but because there wasn't a make on the TV I couldn't connect, I tried other ways like casting and screen mirror, In the end I got it sorted but the internet connection was terrible, I understand you was trying out a new connection but there was no way of connecting the TV to that connection. So my only problem was the TV and my only suggestion is to check the TV out yourself before advertising that you have Netflix and other apps. I did have a problem with my room also but the owner sorted out my problem straight away so I will not mention about that.

Architecture of the property is interesting as this is a church converted in to apartments. Location of the property is very close to the Warrington town centre which is very convenient. Host is very quick in responding to your queries and requirements.

Cleanliness of Toilets can be improved. Correct number of plates/ cups etc to match occupancy would be great.

Location to train station and facilities. Rooms decent size. En-suite and a family bathroom which made it easier for our stay.

Wi-fi crashed and TV did not work, so no evening entertainment as the town shuts shop at 5pm. Kitchen also smelt funky and you couldn't open a window..as we were Apt 8 we heard the front doors from other visitors slamming constantly. Front door was not the easiest to open, was very stiff.

I love it, we loved it, my children's faces lightened up when they saw it sadly it was a sad time why we came and stayed sadly my father passed away and need to been close for the funeral but 100% I will be back to see the family and you will be my 1st choice thank you once again

The front church door took me about 15 minutes to get in each time was a laugh doe Couple times we come home and the main door was left open but I insured I closed it properly

The WiFi didn't work and we had no signal either. The TV didn't work. This was for the 2 nights! I had 2 children with me and we had planned to watch a film at night together but we couldn't. We couldn't use our phones, ipads or any devices. The downstairs bedroom was freezing and bedding all damp despite having heating on for a while to try and warm it up. I found a telephone number on my booking but no one ever answered. I then found another number to WhatsApp someone, I explained about the WiFi and the TV they said they would get back to me but they never did. Having 2 children with me and no TV or WiFi became very boring for them very quickly and especially when we were staying for 2 nights! We couldn't even put any background noise on. The staff were not helpful at all when I whatsapped them.
