The house was very nice. Clean, had a good equip kitchen, the real estate staff were very helpful

Does not have 5 bedrooms as advertised, there is 4 bedrooms. The bedroom upstairs is a big double with an ensuite bathroom, on the upstairs landing they put 3 single beds, however there is no other toilet which means the couple sleeping in the main bedroom had to share the ensuite, no privacy at all. There was only one toilet and bathroom downstairs and the ensuite upstairs for 11 people. Our party was 10 adults and 1 child, all the single beds and the bunk beds are for children not for adults. There are not solid beds for adults two adults from our party put the mattress on the floor to sleep, worry the beds will collapse. There was no wifi as the modem was not working. The technician had to come 3 times and finally on Friday morning and after 15 phone calls, we had wifi. Also is advertised as walking distance from the beach, well is not, is a bit of a hike.

BBQ was unusable, rusty, dirty and gas bottle empty. Phone reception weak, wi-fi not working upstairs. Faulty fitting on a bedroom blind. Limited space in dining area, 2 chairs and 2 3-seater benches.

The house was spacious and reasonably clean. Check in and check out process was easy. It is close to several beaches and located on a quiet street.

Some of the lights were quite dim and in one room the light didn't work at all so we had to use a lamp instead. There is poor phone reception in the area for both Optus and Telstra. Luckily there was WiFi so we could still access the internet however the WiFi is very weak upstairs. We checked in on a Saturday and bin collection happens on Fridays. When we arrived we found the red bin was already full which meant it had not been placed out for collection on time. This also meant that we were unable to throw our rubbish in the red bin and caused an unnecessary inconvenience. Also the downstairs toilet and laundry had a few spiders on the ceiling.
