El apartamento está muy bien en cuanto amplitud y cantidad de habitaciones y/o camas. Hay más camas de las que te sale cuando reservas. Por otro lado es un apartamento limpio aunque te encuentras algunos pelos pero bueno es normal. Por otro lado el check out nos han dejado una hora más.

En cuanto a lo negativo la atención al cliente no me gusto desde un principio hasta el final. Creo que si se trabajo en este ámbito hay que saber dirigirse a la gente tengas razón o no porque la educación y los modales van delante de cualquier cosa. Y la comunicación es esencial para ir bien. Por otro lado si se empieza a juzgar desde un principio sea por el motivo que sea y pensar que haremos fiestas o vamos a romper cosas hasta decir que estáis relacionados con los mossos d’esquadra me parece bien pero eso hace que luego a la hora de dejar todo recogido no tengas ni ganas de dejar el apartamento lo más limpio possible cosa que hemos hecho porque tenemos modales pero bueno. Y nada recalcar eso la atención al cliente hasta recuerdo que ha dicho comentario de abrir todo porque olía a comida. Bueno es tan fácil como esperar a irnos y abrir o sino no hace falta ni decir ese comentario sobra. Por último el apartamento la verdad que me ha gustado pero no voy a volver porque creo que la ética y la educación va delante de cualquier cosa, gracias.

La situació, és realment molt cèntric i té un pati gran.

Has de quedar amb la persona que gestiona l’apartament tant quan arribes com quan marxes i t’obliguen a dir una hora exacta, quan no sempre ho saps. A l’apartament li falten coses bàsiques: no hi ha sabó a la dutxa i només hi havia un pot de sabó de mans per un dels lavabos. Tampoc hi havia obridor pel vi. Ens van fer pagar una fiança desproporcionada, 250€ per una sola nit. La taula del menjador no tenia cap mena d’estabilitat i si vols cuinar no hi ha coses bàsiques, com l’oli.

La ubicación a cinco minutos andando del centro. La amplitud del salón-cocina. El televisor Philips, un Smart TV bastante grande. La terraza, con buenas vistas a los apartamentos que hay por detrás, con jardines e incluso un huerto.

Las toallas estaban limpias pero bastante deterioradas, incluso con agujeros. Nos sorprendió bastante, sobre todo en comparación con el resto de los detalles.

El apartamento está muy nuevo y muy cerca del centro. Aunque he leído bastantes comentarios que dicen que no hay aire acondicionado en el apartamento en el que nosotros quedamos. Había un pingüino en el salón, que servía para salir del paso.

El primer día cuando llegamos la recepcionista, nos quería cobrar casi 200 € en concepto de fianza, cuando hicimos la reserva a través de Booking y eso no se indicaba.. Gracias a que había otra chica con el mismo problema y ambos discutimos por ello. Finalmente no nos lo cobraron. En el piso todo bien, pero es cierto que no se pueden abrir las ventanas, porque afuera hay muchísimos mosquitos.

The apartment is well located, clean, all the comfort present. Maria is very kind. I recommend it!

Great location, in general a modern apartment

- No dish towel to dry the plates - Knives didn’t cut - AC didn’t work - Shutters were obviously broken and no one repaired them so I had to see how I can darken the bedroom

Keys collection: although we were in contact with the host well in advance, and upon host's request informed about our exact time of arrival, we still had to wait in front of the building's entrance for the host to bring the keys. Air conditioning: it is not working; the floor fans were in each room, but in the Summer it is not enough, especially in the east and south looking rooms

Spacious, clean quiet area and close all amenities and attractions. Excellent value. Wonderful beautiful back garden, (pity we don’t get to use it much )

Basically nothing. Just one minor note. There was an ironing board but no iron available. Just a minor oversight that should not distract from a wonderful place.

Cleaning was approximate in different part of the place when we entered. We had to wait three days to get an appliance to make coffee. All the building is own by one company to make airbnb. The management is professional but without personality.

Location, light and airy in the living / kitchen area, balcony

A number of issues which should have been spotted and fixed ahead of us arriving, once reported the majority were rectified but we continued to have electrical issues throughout the 2 weeks which meant all the power failed in the apartment regularly. There were a number of attempts to fix this but none were successful. Some level of compensation was offered verbally but we have been unable to get a response from the property since to finalise this.

Very new and very well equipped apartment. Plenty of space and the backyard was very pleasant.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, updated.

No hairdryer, hard to store luggage while sightseeing before check in or after check out.

Spacious and very clean. 2 bathrooms. Lovely outside area even though it had shaded seating area, it was too hot outside. Kids loved Netflix at siesta time.

Chosen for the great location (over price). By the old town & city walls so a short walk to everything. Maria is lovely and so helpful, especially on a hot weekend with accommodation in short supply. Our apartment looked over the city so just a little balcony but that was ok. It is central - but the AC means windows can be closed to keep late night noise out.

Most photos show a large terrace so we were initially disappointed with our little balcony but it was nice to have the doors open and watch the street life below!

Let me preface this with the property is OK and the location is great. This review is more for when things go wrong, you will have a nightmarish time dealing with this property. After checking in, we noticed the flat was really hot. We thought, maybe they had all the electricity off for the entire flat before we came and just now turned it on. So we decided to turn the air conditioning down to 16 degrees Celsius and go out for dinner. When we returned, the flat was still 27.5 degrees Celsius and that is not even factoring in the humidity. The host asked us if we could just open all the windows and doors. It was not ideal, but we tried it. It did not help much, but to make matters worse, dozens of bugs swarmed into the property. Now we were left inside a hot flat, can't open the windows and infested with bugs. We told them that these were unacceptable conditions and that we will not stay and will find a hotel instead. We even offered to stay at another one of their properties if available but none was that night. They apologized and said they will issue us a refund. I later messaged them again on the booking.com messaging feature saying, "Good morning, Per our conversation over the telephone, I just want to confirm that you will be processing a refund for this reservation." And, from this point onward, they just ignored our messages. I then contacted booking.com customer service, described the situation to them and the reply was that the property will only refund me 50% of the booking. After explaining the property was not as advertised and in no condition to host any guest and that we did not even use it, the host still insist on only a 50% refund. As of the time of this writing, I am still working with booking.com customer service to get a full refund.

If you want to discover Girona, this is a perfect location. We have a new appreciation for this beautiful small city, and will travel there again when going to this region of Spain, which is beautiful.

There is nothing you can do about the parking situation. The local garages have plenty of space and will rent a space to you for a weekly rate
