The property is well cared for. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pans & cooking utensils. Location is fantastic. The cabin was perfect for our group of 11. (4 adults & 7 kids). You will want to bring extra drying towels & potholders. All the games worked great. The movie room could use a “directions sheet” on the wall. However, all the equipment worked well. The movie room was very comfortable. Note to those looking for a perfect cabin: All cabins have maintenance issues that pop up. This property manager was quick to respond. Hopefully the washing machine will be fixed for the next guests. One more note to future guests….DO NOT FEED WILDLIFE. If you give a raccoon a Cheeto he will make a home under the hot tub. If he makes a home under the hot tub, he will return in the evening, corner your family in the hot tub…and demand a Cheeto. If you shoo them away they return & sit at the back door waiting for it to open so he can sneak in to get the Cheeto. So…help the property manager & future guests….don't feed the raccoons. Great property. I would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Forget Me Not. We've stayed in quite a few cabins but not many that had the combination of privacy, mountain views and yet it was so close to all the attractions. The views from the cabin were amazing and yet we were surrounded by woods unluke other cabins we stayed at that were right on top of one another. The cabin was very clean, in great condition, and we found the beds very comfortable. The theater and game room were so much fun! We loved the log cabin feel with all the wood and mountain decor. Property management was excellent and we really loved this cabin! We will definitely be back next year and this is now our go to cabin!

It is a larger cabin, accommodating 11 easily. Fireplace, refrigerator, washer, and dryer worked great. It does need lots of maintenance and a very deep cleaning. There is a plank hanging off the end of the cabin that made us nervous. The outside steps need replaced. The outlets do not hold the plugs in place. The lamp in the living room is completely broken and the bulb hangs over. Shower heads sprinkle.

The cabin itself is spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was so much to do in the game room. The furnishings were well worn but comfortable. When we got there the freezer was malfunctioning and there was a broken towel bar that maintenance got to right away. They even brought us an extra bag of ice. The dishwasher seemed to be improperly installed. It worked but you had to give it an extra shove. The windows didn’t have screens and were all stuck closed which was not a big thing but would’ve loved to take advantage of the mountain breezes. The view from the deck was nice. I would definitely rent this cabin again. It was perfect for us.

We loved our stay at Forget Me Not. The mountain views were beautiful and the location was perfect. It feels like a remote forest hideaway but minutes from everything. A couple of the kitchen appliances were not in the best condition but a quick call to maintenance brought a quick response. They even brought us a bag of ice when the ice maker wasn’t working. It’s a great cabin and we would love to come back again sometime.

Our family and friends of 12 loved this cabin! The amenities were great. We ended up just spending an entire day at the cabin watching movies playing games and soaking in the hot tub. The movie theater was awesome and the game room had all the classic arcade games a pool table and our favorite Golden Tee game. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. It looked like the kitchen supplies were new. It also looked like the cabin was recently upgraded or remodeled with new furniture and decorations. The view of the mountains was great and we loved hanging out on the decks. We especially liked the fact this cabin was surrounded by lots of trees and not right next to another cabin like alot of them are which gave us the feeling we were in the woods. Sherwood Forest Resort was great and we took advantage of the swimming pool. The location of the cabin was perfect..close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We all loved this cabin and will definitely be back again!

Forget Me Not was truly Amazing! The views were incredible, the cabin was spacious and clean. The location was perfect - 3 minutes and we were on the Pigeon Forge Strip and 8 minutes we were in Gatlinburg. Our extended family of 11 enjoyed the hot tub, the movie theater room and the game room. We had so much fun playing pool and the classic arcade games such as Donkey Kong Pac Man and Galaga. We had lots of fun playing golf on the Golden Tee arcade as well. The cabin is located in Sherwood Forest Resort which is a beautiful gated community surrounded by pine trees which made us feel we were in the mountains. The community pool was very relaxing and we had a great time. We come down to Gatlinburg every year and this is our favorite cabin so far and we will definitely stay here again!

Overall our stay was great. Cabin was spacious, views were above average, location was perfect. Some parts of the cabin are a little outdated and after renting several cabins on a lake in GA and NC, I was expecting a few more items to be available. Also some of the furniture inside and outside needs to be updated/improved. Check in and out were seamless. The cabin did the job that we needed it to for the Ripken Experience baseball tournament we attended.

This was our first time reserving a cabin for our annual Pigeon Forge, TN trip. There were a total of 9 adults and 5 children. Finding the current cabin was easy. The parking spot available was challenging but we managed it. However, upon our arrival, the place was not clean at all!!! The reason we found it out is that my allergies and my mother and law started to kick in later that evening. We reserved this cabin, knowing it was "pet free" but it was not. It was full of dog hair everywhere inside on the main and the second floors. Also, right after the children showered, their feet became black within five minutes, so we started to investigate the dipper and we realized that one of the floors was mopped, and the beds were not changed. They had leftover food (Chips) under the couch in the living room, and the pet's hair on the rug. On the second floor, the same, pet's hair on the bed's cover and the rug, and the sheets were not changed. Back on the main floor, the bathroom had hair left on the wall and bathtub. The rooms below the main floor were okay. However, in the basement where the movie theater is, our kids (don't ask us how) found some pills under one of the seats. I decided to remove all the seats to make sure none were left anywhere else and it was degusting. Food, dustballs, and other crap were all over the place. Not to mention that a vape was left behind above the popcorn machine, which, by the way, doesn't work. Now with the equipment, everything expected, the pool table was good and running. The pool table leaned on one side, so the balls automatically went on that side when you played. The hot tub seems to be clean. The grill outside did not work at first, we realized that most likely it had never been clean. I spent 3 hours of my time on Saturday and had to buy chemicals to clean it all to use it. The cabin itself was spacious enough. The only disappointment we had was about the view. In the pictures online they make it sound like you have a view of the smokey mountains when, in fact, you have a view from the second floor only. If you go on the balcony, you have a semi-partial view of the mountains and the trees, and at the bottom balcony, you have a tree view. Overall, our experience was not the greatest and even if the property manager had a good response time to our issues, we were never asked if they could do something to make our experience better. We felt they just took our money and left us alone.

The washer and dryer are SUPER small for a large group. There is hardly any hand soap, toilet paper or paper towels provided either. The pans and knives were complete garbage as well. It's these small details that would go a long way, but are simply not there. Last, having only one bathroom inside the master bedroom on the top floor is VERY inconvenient.

I was not fully satisfied with this cabin! It was smaller than I expected! The furniture needs to be updated. The couches are in bad conditions! They were peeling on the armrest and other places! The first day it was really cold in the lower part of the cabin because the weather was really bad. But that was corrected the next day.

Place was very clean. Off the beaten path and felt like you were in the mountains. It is a fairly steep climb into the neighborhood, but had a flat place for parking. Only 10 minutes to everything in Pigeon Forge. About 30 minutes into Gatlinburg with the traffic. Recommend going early. If you get the xplorie option add it on! It was so easy to use and saved us hundreds of dollars.

Cabin overall was nice and is as pictured.. the loft area did not have curtains or blinds which would have made it nicer for those sleeping there AND would have helped with the glare of the sun on the tv in the afternoon in the main family room area (it was hard to see the whole screen - probably just the time of year we were there (late October).

Great rental! Family getaway for young cousins on fall break. Plenty of bedrooms for all families and kids. Convenient location - children and adults loved the game room - and the theater room was a great bonus for some movies with the young ones. Cabin was clean and well maintained.

This was our first time in Gatlinburg and I had no idea what to expect but my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by Forget Me Not. The location was ideal- right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg only minutes from all the attractions.The cabin was loaded with entertainment from and awesome theater room to a pool table to several arcade games including Golden Tee and a multicade with over 60 classic games.The cabin had great views of the mountains but we also felt like we were in the middle of the forest surrounded by all the trees. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was perfect and the resort pool was very nice. We will definitely be back!
