Location and the facilities - the pool area as fantastic for kids

It was quite dated and so it felt a little unclean. Especially the carpet and the kitchen. The bed was very, very uncomfortable- it felt like a very old mattress. In major need of a refurbishment.

We were supplied with 4 towels the when we were 5 people. The apartment had a very bad smell especially in the laundry it smelt let sewage. Which meant we couldn’t clean our room towels and had to go purchase some. We were not supplied with enough toilet paper which also led us into purchasing some our own. We tried to turn on the aircon to get rid of the smell out of the apartment but the aircon on the inside was very dirty and full of a mold like substance. The doonas did not have a cover on them which is very unhygienic.

Beds were all uncomfortable. We all got sore body. It was not cleaned properly. Dusty everywhere especially under the couch and any decorative mats.

The host initially gave us the wrong lock box number! It took 15mins to sort out, once we did was all sorted.

Easy to check in and park in the underground parking spot. Location was amazing and convenient to have tram station next to apartments. The Thai Restaurant was very authentic, and the food was delicious. The kids loved the pool. View was amazing, both ocean and city view.

We booked for 5 and the additional bed wasn't made up. We had to message to get sheets dropped off. The pull-out bed frames were bent and the mattress flimsy so the bed was very uncomfortable. The apartment was in need of a proper deep clean, the kitchen floor had not been mopped with marks and food still visible. The apartment smelt musty and the carpets & lounges were very tired and dirty. Windows and outdoor deck needed cleaning and sweeping. Luckily the location & apartment facilities made up for the apartment itself, because it was very overpriced.

nowhere to store luggage as we were in a private apartment and the hotel don’t offer. in fact the reception staff don’t really help with anything if you are a private guest. maybe I missed the info on booking.com but I didn’t realise that was the way it worked.

Carpet dirty not vacuumed, dust collecting around edges of room but also very old and sticky/stained Broken shower caddy in main bathroom can’t use Soap dispenser in bathroom near empty on arrival Blankets on kids beds dirty and stained not to mention very old and tattered - not comfy nor do they provide warmth Mink blanket on master bed had stains on it. Deck unusable as bird poo all over it. Rubbish, bottle caps, tissues. Door bolts on ranch sliders broken, screws coming out of door. Remote in lounge doesn’t work properly Coffee table in lounge unstable Cups in kitchen had brown rings around them in cupboard Safe in master wardrobe doesn’t work Curtains in both rooms coming off railing Dirty curtains in all rooms need a wash Couch is filthy needs a clean also Vacuum doesn’t work Host nice but needs to be aware of the state of the property

View was beautiful .

Was dusty and the beds are not comfortable. Was not enough toiletry for 5days . Communication is very poor 😞

The location was great walking distance to shops & outlets..Self contained kitchen..Shower was extra large..The dryer & washing machine also came in handy..

The apartment was fantastic, clean, well maintained and decorated for comfort. Essential items for the kitchen provided. Super easy to collect the keys etc. The location was excellent, easy walk to shops, the beach and attractions. Thai restaurant in the building was good. Definitely would book again.

Nothing, although a bit more info on different parking entrances might be helpful as B1 and B2 are not accessed by the same entrance.

Loved the location - the apartment was really spacious and comfortable. Loved the pool and the facilities. Friendly staff and everything was really convenient.

Extremely easy access. Nice and roomy basement car park ( and you could park anywhere!!) Free pay tv channel (netflix) was a nice surprise for the kids when we were sitting around for a bit. Short walk to shops and places to eat.

Maybe the view from the balcony but it was Winter so we didn't venture outside too much anyway.

Maintenance could’ve been a bit better on balcony. There was a few weeds and slightly untidy. Balcony only needs a little uplift.

Location was excellent. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. Loved the wrap around balcony with views of the ocean, city and mountains. Great access to public transport.

Some cleanliness issues (rubbish stuffed under lounge cushions, hair in bathrooms, smell in foyer) The tap in the bath tub was broken.

The lady in the kiosk is quite rude and abrupt. She needs to learn how to talk to customers

Perfect location short to walk to restaurants and beach, great views of the ocean and pool from main bedroom. It had everything we needed for a family stay - 2 bathrooms/washing machine and dryer. Pools/Spas were all great and pool Cafe was awesome. Loved the Thai restaurant on site. Parking the car was easy.
