Dieses Apartment in Queenstown (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer die Natur liebt und gerne an der frischen Luft ist, hat es nur 12 Minuten zu Fuß zu Lake Wakatipu und 11 Minuten zu Fuß zu Queenstown Beach. Es gibt praktische Parkplätze auf dem Gelände, sodass du dein Auto stehen lassen und in 9 Minuten zu Queenstown Gardens oder in 13 Minuten zu Queenstown Mall laufen kannst.
Während deines Aufenthalts kannst du den gleichen Komfort wie zu Hause oder sogar noch mehr genießen, so gibt es zum Beispiel WLAN und einen Fernseher sowie eine Heizung und einen Trockner. Freu dich außerdem über ein Bügelbrett und einen Haartrockner.

Pros: Nice apartment for a family, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Lovely to be able to see the mountains from the balcony, and sit near the (gas) fire with a glass of wine.
Cons: up the hill from Queenstown CBD, quite an energetic walk. Current roadworks make it hard to drive down into the CBD. Shower head was broken when we checked in (but manager was responsive and good to deal with). Carpark is miniscule - don't bring a big SUV with a roof rack. There's a washing machine but no dryer.

Clean and comfortable. Good communication about check in. Nice deck space with a decent view. Small garage, but we were still able to fit out Toyota Highlander into it.

The apartment fit our needs perfectly and the view was stunning! We were quite comfortable and really enjoyed the fireplace and the balcony.

Property was adequate for the two of us with all the amenities as advertised.
Views of lake somewhat limited by properties in front. Whilst a short distance to Queenstown, roads are quite steep and require a vehicle for anyone that needed assistance or had difficulty walking uphill.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms on opposite sides of apartment make it ideal for two couples, however the king bed (split king) had a prominent ridge in the middle.
Biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. Apartment felt musty on arrival, had food remnants on plates and bathrooms required thorough cleaning before use.

Property was quite well located with some nice views. The en suite shower was held together with a rubber band, which wasn’t ideal, but the other facilities were all very good. It was very helpful to have garage parking. We had a comfortable stay

The home is on the second floor above the carpark. Views from the porch balcony are beautiful. The home is about 20 min walk downhill to downtown Queenstown.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The views are amazing. We walked down to the city which is very convenient. The Botanic garden is close by.
The bedrooms, bathrooms are clean and tidy.
Just a small point of observation, the dining table would have benefited with a thorough wipe down.

The property has some maintenance work to be done such as tightening of the shower arm - we requested a BBQ cleaner brush to be dropped off which it was

- TV too old, offers only some local channels. Should have a TV with BLUETOOTH function.

The view of the Remarkables definitely lived up to its name! We loved being able to open the sliding doors up to the fresh crisp air with a stunning view and cosy up at night in the apartment with enough space for our little family. We enjoyed the walk down the driveway and down the road to Town each morning with more stunning scenery. Thank you and we hope to be back again in the future during Winter!

Stayed here for several nights as part of a short break in Queenstown. Really good location, views from the balcony were stunning, had everything we needed during our stay.

My wife and I stayed here with an 8 month old. The location was great and it was a very comfortable space with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The garage requires fine manuevering to get in.

We would really like to recommend this apartment. Luxury and generous equipped kitchen.Spacious living room with a cosy gas fire. Two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. A huge terrace with a Weber Gas BBQ and a stunning view over Queenstown. Location high up but still very calm and quit neighborhood. Still very close to town center. One of the best apartments we have stayed in for many years! Thanks!

Awesome location and views
We really enjoyed our stay in Queenstown, apartment 17 offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views in addition to being ideally situated within a walking distance to the City centre. It’s a clean and comfortable place with great amenities that also make staying in a very relaxing experience..😊😊

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean tidy and comfortable with everything one could possibly want for a short stay.
Would recommend providing an HDMI cable so that people could stream other TV services from a laptop to the TV, or get a wireless tv.

Fabulous
Great apartment that is HUGE, everything you need in this family home, books, toys, loads of towels and bedding. There’s a load of stuff in the kitchen larder and all mod cons. Hosts have been incredibly kind with offers of help during the corona virus crisis. 10/10

We found the apartment comfortable and with everything needed to rustle up most meals. It was in a good location with a "partial" view of the mountains opposite. View blocked by properties opposite.
For the cost of 4 nights however, I would've expected more modern furnishings.
One of toilets had a constant flow of water going into it. Some painting is required as is a new handle for the main door into the apartment as it was very loose.
Just needs a bit of TLC.

Enjoyed our stay
Everything was great, nice modern apartment , good location. Comfy beds, great having on en-suite each.
The only minor thing I would recommend owner do is get a handy Man to fix squeaky doors , rubber seals and locks on windows etc as we had a baby sleeping in the room which was hard to check on him without waking with the loud squeaky doors.

Great ,modern apartment.Very clean , spacious and well equipped .Good sized balacony. Very comfortable beds . Just a five minute drive to the centre of town.
