One of the best places on the earth is the Khem Beach. Cleaning every day. Professional staff. Eggs for breakfast and vietnamese soup. Beautiful ghosts city around. Can order big dinner with 100K dongs. I really recomend that place if you need mentally rest. In that hotel anyone is like a king.

Only the drilling at 7 at morning in hotel near. Is not Ann hotel fault but very disturbing, even sunday. Every time in front the drivers ask take a taxi. No food delivery in that area.

there are no real windows. The room is completely lacking of natural light. The walls are also very thin, and you could hear the neighbours talking thru the walls.

It's not the hotels fault but there's not much going on at Khem beach for a solo traveler. Very pretty streets and buildings but all are empty. Should be better in the future.

Breakfast is bad. One day, I found moldy bread, not many options if you’re vegan or vegetarian.

The room is pretty small, but very comfortable and well designed. The biggest problem is the noise from the other rooms. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything.

My stay at Ann Hotel & Spa was great: the staff is very kind and helpful, the daily breakfast is super fresh and varied every day, the beautiful emrald green bay at Khem beach is only a few minutes walking distance. A perfect location for an inspiring and quiet holidays.

The location is very close to JW hotel. So stay at Ann/Aida, enjoyed JW facilities.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was close to the beach, a 5 minute walk. The street offered enough options for lunch and coffee.

The rooms were noisy. Any sound coming from the hallway seemed like it was right inside of our room. No coffee available for the breakfast

The breakfast was very simple, not much variation and doesn’t have coffee or tea. The staff didn’t speak very good English so it was hard to communicate sometimes, but very friendly staff.

- Even though it's close to the beach, there is still some work to do in the area when it comes to restaurants and activities. There are like 5 restaurants in walking distance - You get only 3 options for breakfast, so after a few days, you start eating the same thing

just for reference it is T the big building in the photo. Phu Quoc was great in general real but the night I had down to South was Dead. Not really many people around a pretty all round dead area were all the hotels were. Maybe I was just there at the wrong time of year but no fault of the hotels just a dead area

The breakfast was adequate what was really nice about my stay here was the staff were fantastic so helpful and friendly from the cleaners to the chef to all the staff on reception made me very welcome

Right now it's not a spa, because of some management changes It's not a terrace, it's a small balcony (to small for a chair), "apartment with balcony" has just a french balcony.

I went to the hotel in the middle of a handover between the business so some of the services were limited such as the breakfast menu. The staff did their best to provide an alternative, however communication was a little hard with only one english-speaking member of staff, plus me being vegetarian. The rooms were very clean and I liked the design of the place, I especially loved the ambient lighting in the bathroom. It's right near the beach, which had some litter unfortunately but is the best place to watch the sunrise and sunset! The staff were great in providing me with a bike to rent for the duration of my stay too.
