Je n'ai pas aimé que la personne à l'accueil ne me rende pas ma caution de 1000 bahts quand j'ai rendu les clés lors du check out, j'ai dû revenir sur place pour récupérer ma caution, pas très honnête....mais il peut aussi s'agir d'un malentendu
Elle n'avait peut-être pas compris que je partais définitivement, les malentendus sont courants....
j'ai perdu 2 heures, juste pour çà.....

The staff were amazing, so welcoming,kind and proactive.
The hotel has everything it offers and at the standard it offers,pics are true to form. I would call it a boutique hotel and give it English 2* rating for amenities. For Thailand I believe a 4* for AMENITIES NOT QUALITY, Quality is easily a 4*.
Bedding is lovely and good quality, good mattress(firm spring with foam top in twin,med spring in queen)
The whole experience was relaxing and homely,I would 100% recommend and 100% return.

Locks are a little weak inside property however 24h security,cameras and night guard make you feel safe.
Twin room is tight and wardrobe "safe" is hard to access.
I suggest a rail for clothes and "real safe" for travellers as they do not need as much wardrobe space as residents.
Needs a lamp......

Rooms are pretty small and no horizontal surface other than the closet, but soft sheets and good mattress.
Suggest clean window sills.

Everyone at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. The communication was excellent, I arrived during the day but even when I got back in the evening, there was always someone to speak to if I needed something.
The area is cute and local, not the touristy Bangkok. The train station (Krung thep aphiwat) is a short taxi ride away so if you want a to travel to other cities and just need a few night stay in Bangkok to chill without wanting to explore the city then the area could be perfect.
The rooms aren't great, I definitely wouldn't call it studio or apartment, it barely has space for everything in it. Also the lights in the bedroom are so bright! Please consider adding a bedside lamp or something that's not too bright because its horrible in the evening. The street also is noisy sometimes and other flats are very nearby so I slept with earplugs for the whole time.
Also worth noting that while the area is cute it has a market and a 7-11 within a 10 min walk away, it's far out from Bangkok and the metro is also a 20 min walk. It takes about 30 min - 1 hour on the metro to get to the busier or touristy places.

Staff were really lovely, room was exactly what we needed for the night. Working fridge, air con, towels, kettle with coffee sachets and comfortable bed. It’s really close to a main train station as well which was our reason for booking. 7/11 a 5 minute walk away, and there’s a place to get coffee just outside.
The shower doesn’t really change temperature, but it is powerful so as long as you’re okay with temp it’s on you’ll be fine!

If you want to stay close to the Mochit New Van Terminal in an aesthetic hotel this place is for you! We really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel, since the beds were very comfortable and we slept so well. The check-in was easy and the staff was nice and helpful. We liked the design and the good wifi connection. Perfect for a night before or after a long bus ride!
The bathroom smelled weird and it is quite far away from the city center. Definitely worth the price!

Nothing about the hotel that we liked.
The hotel was quite dirty, facilities were inadequate and not up to safety standards. The bathroom is very small - the whole bathroom floor would flood with water when we shower. The floor is slippery which caused my partner to have a serious accident. The sink wasn't fixed to the wall properly, it collapsed an cut my partner in multiple places - had to rush her to the hospital. The hotel owner refused to cover all the medical expenses and also took our deposit.
Never again will we stay here, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room is modernised with cute amenities and facilities. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is clean. The staff are nice as well. There is a nearby restaurant and 7-Eleven. Quiet neighbourhood.

They have only one wireless key. If one person want to go out they have to take key card and without jey card, no electric in the room for who want to stay.

It was all I needed. A bed and a shower. Had coffee and frig. The people were very nice polite and helpful. It was the cleanest place I have stayed at.
Maybe a chair in the room with a small table. But for one night it was OK.

Lovely accommodation for a very reasonable price. Felt very safe and secure. Lots of good food in walking distance. Highly recommend ลาบทองสร้อย. It’s also not far from the chatuchak weekend market. Staff were very polite and looked after our luggage while we were out for the day.
