The location, friendly staff, cleanliness and all the necessities! I’ll definitely stay at Leucolla’s again for my next vacation in Cyprus! At first I wanted an accommodation with a pool but yeah, the apartment was 3min walk away from the Figtree bay so it was even better than having a pool! Plus, thank you again Nectarios and his mum(? for the warm welcome and recommendations in the area such as restaurants and bays :)) Really enjoyed the stay!

Nectarios is a great host, apartment is really big, clean and has everything that we need. All rooms are air-conditioned, beds are comfortable.
Although one bedroom is faced to the main road, isolation is really good and you can't hear much. Generally, apartment is very quiet.

The host is very welcoming and helpful. His English is great and his office is right across the apartment.
The location is inches away from the busy area and the Fig tree beach. Also - the market, the pharmacy and the car hiring agency is right across the street.
The apartment itself is big and has everything you need. There is an AC in every room (3 in total).
The parking is right next to the apartment.
It tends to be noisy from the traffic in one of the bedrooms.

The apartment was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a super comfy bed and a clean bathroom. We had all the amenities listed and whilst next to a main road this was not particularly noisy and did not bother us at all.
I loved how close the apartment was to Fig Tree Bay.
There's beautiful beach all along the coast but Fig Tree is nice and cosy. The apartment is ideally situated for walks along the seafront or the main Street through Protaras with all the bars and restaurants.
It's a short journey from Cavo Greco which is a gorgeous area and the owner's brother also offers great tours or the surrounding inland areas.
I can't recommend this enough as I felt it was great value and a great location, Nectarios was also extremely welcoming and accomodating throughout our stay.

The host was very welcoming. The apartment was a large space and clean when we arrived. Two balconies was very convenient, location was great!
The bed was very uncomfortable we didn’t have a very good sleep whilst being there.

Location is perfect , you need just 3 min to reach amazing Fig Three Bay beach! Very close is bus station and verity of restaurants and cafes! Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever .everything about room was exceptional. It was clean , comfortable and very well equipped. We would highly recommend this apartments .

Its very accessible and close to the beaches and the local shops. Available parking and good AC. Everything was clean but the floor was dusty.
The floor needed some cleaning. The balcony was directly on the street, yet the balcony door locks and when you close the door you dont hear noises.

Lovely spacious apartment with great Air Conditioning as much needed when temperature outside was mid thirties. Nice friendly welcome from the host and good explanation of the apartment and location of beach etc. It was our 10th Wedding Anniversary and the host supplied wine and chocolates as a nice surprise.
The sink in the bathroom was missing a plug to go in plughole to enable shaving with water and razor blades.

Very close to the most beautiful beach (5mins). Apartment is very spacious, clean and equipped very well for cooking especially. Lidl in a 10-15 mins walk, but there are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Flexible check in time. Manager is friendly and helped with all our questions/requests. Definitely good for it's price.
Noise from the road is very annoying, but we knew this before booking and after a few days you get used to it. Also, in July we had special guests - big flying cockroaches.. also, there was a repair work in the apartment next to ours so we had to listen to perforator noise in the middle of the day when you wanna get some sleep.

Our vacation in Leucolla was exquisite. Everyone was very outgoing and helpful. We are very grateful to Nectarios for helping us in all matters. Our room was clean, our kitchen was well equipped, we had a small and very cosy patio where we could have our meals.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was excellent. Sandy and rocky beaches, shops, restaurants and bus stops is in the nearby. Nectarios was very kind and helpfull. So I recommend this apartment.

The owner of the property is absolutely fantastic!!! As we were arriving after the check-in time, he sent us detailed step-by-step instructions for self check-in which was brilliant and easy to follow. We stayed in apartment 42 which was beautifully decorated with a lovely comfy bed and equally comfy single beds in the second bedroom. The apartment was spacious and worked well for our family. The little touches were a welcome addition (toiletries, washing liquid, clothes washing liquid etc) The location was perfect and 2 minute walk to the strip of shops/restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. we will MOST DEFINITELY be returning to this wonderful family run property! Thank you for such a lovely visit, we have fallen in love with Protarus!!!

A lovely apartment, spacious, clean with all needed amenities to have a great time as a family of 4, with 2 young children. A fantastic location and the owners are very hospitable. We would love to come here again.

The apartment is spacy, tidy, and cozy. It has a wonderful outlook and is 5 minutes' walk from the beach. The hosts were exceedingly caring and accommodating. We had a great experience and would certainly recommend staying here.
A bigger fridge would be an advantage:)

We had originally booked for 2 nights but loved it here and ended up staying 9 more nights ! The apartment was super clean, comfortable and in a great location. Everything was within walking distance - beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes , supermarkets, etc. Its ran by a local family and they are very nice, helpful and fun to talk with. Can't wait to go back :-)
