Very private place and loved the pool. You are away from the crowd and Perissa beach is only 20 min. of walk away or it has its own garage if you are renting a car. The hosts (Mr. Spyros and Maroulia) were very helpful and always a call or text away when needed. We had no issues arranging Taxis or Tours with their help. The rooms were clean and had A.C. in all the bedrooms and lounge so heat wasn't a problem. This villa is perfect for families who values their privacy and want their own little hideaway. All in all a great place to start your holidays and highly recommended.

Mr Spyros (owner) and Maroulia (host) - what a wonderful team! Stunning villa in an ideal location and incredibly peaceful even in August. Perfect base to explore the island. We hired a car but the villa is walking distance from Perissa beach and all it has to offer. Highly recommend.

We are a family of five and had hired a car. The best thing about this accommodation was that it felt like a home away from home but in a beautiful location. Pool amazing, space amazing, and staff were amazing. Honestly, 10/10.

If I had to give a negative, it would be the location in the heat of summer it is not walking distance to the beach. Santorini is a really windy island, and at night, it felt like we were going to be taken by the wind. I feel like you need a car to drive around this beautiful island. Beds are a little too hard for my liking, but no one else had a problem.

Location is lovely and quiet. Great for families with young children. Host was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lovely villa, well equipped, spotlessly clean with a beautiful pool, 6 great sun loungers and huge outside space. The owner, Mr Spyros, a lovely man, very thoughtfully left a welcome bottle of wine and water in the fridge. The property manager Maroulia was there to meet us on our arrival. We decided to hire a car as soon as we arrived and Maroulia made a phone call, within 20 minutes the car was at the villa! Car hire was great value. During our stay she recommended lovely restaurants and booked taxis for us to those restaurants (so we could enjoy a glass or two of vino!). She also booked our taxi for us to get back to the airport.

There wasn’t anything to dislike about Villa Evgenia.

The warm welcome and hospitality that we received from Maroulia and Mr. Spyros, the owner of the villa. Their attentiveness and kindness made us feel right at home and created a family-like atmosphere that really enhanced our stay.

The only downside was that our vacation in Santorini was too short, but that's more of a positive reflection on the overall experience than a negative critique of the villa itself. Overall I had a wonderful time at Private Villa Evgenia and would highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Santorini.

We had a great stay at the Villa and both Maroulia our hostess and Mr Spyros were both incredibly helpful and welcoming. I would recommend booking Villa Evgenia
