The location was fantastic. All I could hear at night was the crickets/grasshoppers in the hedge, blissful break away from normal hustle and bustle. Staff were very attentive and helpful offering ideas for things to do, best places for parking etc. Pool was delightfully warm so got plenty of use out of that! Chalet was kitted with everything we could possibly need.

A few pot holes on the track into the site could do with some attention/filling in! Maybe lacking a full size mirror for checking outfits before heading out. Worth considering fixed soap dispensers so the soap doesn’t make a mess of the bathroom shelf.

Colin and Andrea were both lovely and welcoming. The holiday park was perfect for our family. Cant wait to go back again!

Mattress was too firm for us - option of a topper to soften it would have been good.

The accommodation and kitchen/equipment was spotless as well as the holiday park generally. Lots of CD's available to borrow free. TV and CD player provided. Free WiFi. Swimming Pool was out of season during our stay but it was being thoroughly cleaned ready for use. We stayed in one of the older chalets and it did have a bit of a musty smell but the new owners are working hard to upgrade the whole place and they are doing an excellent job. There are more modern static caravans available. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Friendly owners, immaculately clean lodge accommodation, super quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the fantastic walking, running and cycling in the immediate area nearby. Great Torrington a couple minutes drive away.

Plenty of space, clean and tidy, close to the pool. It was very friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money.

Slight lack of utensils and trays in kitchen, would have quite liked a bathroom bin.

Colin & Andrea have managed to make Greenways Valley their small piece of paradise. Everything is spotless, clean and tidy, the amenities are spot on and in the dedicated game room, you can find a pool table, table tennis table and also play darts. The information office has everything you can possibly imagine plus a foosball table, a huge collection of DVD movies for adults and children and many many children's books. Enough to keep you and the little ones busy for days. Have not tried the pool due to bad weather but that looks great as well. For those sporty, you can enjoy a tennis day on the court.

Nothing, it well exceeded our expectations. Please brace yourselves for the typically narrow Devon country-roads though :)

OK for a cycling holiday, a bit basic but ok for a bunch of guys. Owners were very friendly. Kitchen was well equipped. All in all just fine for us. The Thai pub was good.

Chalets smelled a bit musty probably due to being at the begining of the season but we got used to it. A bit too far to walk into the town but there again there wasn't much there anyway!!

The owners Colin and Andrea could not have been more helpful and friendly. They even helped with trying to pack up the self folding tents with mich laughter on both sides (that they supplied). Really easy comfortable, family feel. Would stay again, a lovely family holiday, with many attractions within a 30 min drive from Devon attractions.

A lovely small, quiet chalet park, ideal for couples or families. Good situation, just outside Great Torrington and close to main roads to tourist spots in Devon and Cornwall. Highly recommended

A shower over the bath would have been good, and a mirror is neede beside the shaving point

Accomodation was as described. Our chalet was clean with new kitchen, bathroom and comfortable double bed. Very quiet campsite, nice and relaxing.

The people who owned the property were very pleasant and really helpful. Everywhere on the site was really clean and the pool although cold was great to swim in. Although we had the problem with the bugs the chalet wss spotless and everything was provided . It was comfortable and we all enjoyed our time there. The views of the fields that surround the park are beautiful.

We didnt like there was no wifi. Also we had maybugs in the chalet that we had to keep killing.

Very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic owners, quiet and peaceful setting, clean and well maintained site. Cabins are well equipped and fairly spacious. Lots to do in the local area, easy drive to lots of beautiful beaches.

Would have been better with a more comfy double bed and a shower in the bathroom.

If I had to be picky I’d say having a proper shower hose in the bath would have been good. But it didn’t really affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

The pool, games room and the information centre were great. The beds were very comfortable with nice bedding. The Friendliness and helpfulness of the owners was fantastic.

Early stages of updating the park. Access was tight pool closed but during covid so accepted the fact.

We had a chalet. It was roomy and suited our needs. Lots of hot water available all day. Good sized kitchen with new toaster, kettle, microwave etc. Very clean. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The buildings are in the process of being refurbished as many are quite old and "tired". The new owners have only just taken over the site so they need time to achieve this. I wish them the very best in these difficult times and hope they can make a success of this venture. The swimming pool is being refurbished and I hope they get a sunny spring and summer for visitors to enjoy it.

The bathroom lacked ventilation. The roof vent needs replacing. I feel the cold a lot and found the heaters a little inadequate early morning and in the evening. We stayed during a cool and wet period in mid October which didn't help! Warm and comfortable when the sun was shining!

A great host and happy to help in any way possible just the bed was a little bit too hard but clean good for fitting my big family in and accommodating definitely would be going again
