It's a spacious flat. Large double bedroom. Nice secure garden so that the patio door could be left open for the dogs to wander in and out as they liked. We were only there for a few nights but the location was good. In the countryside but not far from Tiverton or Exmoor.

The property is large and cosy with all you need for a relaxing dog friendly stay. The enclosed garden is ideal for dogs and there are many lovely walks on the nearby moors and several dog friendly pubs. The bed was so comfortable and the surroundings so peaceful I slept soundly and so did my spaniel! This has to be the best value accommodation in the Exmoor area!

Location was great and within easy access of most attractions. Kitchen extremely well equipped for the occasions we cooked. Safe parking facilities. Great dog friendly garden. Main bedroom was hugh.

Perhaps look at dripping kitchen taps, window in small bedroom and invest in new pillow?

Perfect nights sleep very comfortable bed. Welcoming hosts. Clean and tidy. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is perfect, comfortable and everything a person needs for a excellent stay. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden,

The drive into the village park/farm

List too long to mention. The stench in the property was so bad!! Tried relaxing to no avail. I spent good money and time cleaning the property, it still stank of mould and other things that I still can’t put my finger on…it’s what we call a ‘cash cow’ in the holiday trade. We left the next morning 😠 which was suggested by my “nothing bothers him” husband. The COVID cleaning rating??? Really?? How do you get a rating that high with both the bathroom and kitchen vinyl flooring lifted so badly that it was covered in mould…I would certainly challenge that. Oh yes, and thanks for the medication left under the microwave. Oh and all the mouldy crumbs in the chest freezer…any self respecting human would not stay in this horrific property. As for the owner. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Very quiet lovely surroundings, away from any traffic noise with just birdsong to listen too. The garden flat was clean warm and comfy. Beds were comfortable, shower easy to use. We didn't cook our food but there was all the facilities to do so. Animals were accepted which was something we were a bit worried about as we were not taking any!!!! But it was fine. No smell or trace of other people's pets.😊. We loved the area and travelled to lots of beautiful National Trust properties and to the stunning North coast of Devon. All was within 30mins to 45 mins away from the flat. We would love to return and will tell family and friends about it.

The cottage was a lovely location, but the property was filthy, & the host told us if we don’t like it to go home early.

Was so dirty it clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months sent the photos to the host & was told if we don’t like it to go home early. Dirtiest place we’ve ever stayed. I tried to speak to the host to come up with a soliciting but she ignored all my messages. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to dry here.

Victoria was extremely friendly and helpful, providing extra towels when asked and a walking map. The property was spacious with a lovely enclosed garden (perfect for a dog, had we had one!) Perfect location for accessing Exmoor and lovely Dulverton. The flat was very easily accessible for my mum, with a walking frame. Although the loo was a little close to the wall she managed fine with our raised seat! We would thoroughly recommend this property and would happily visit again.

This is a good sized property and is well equipped. Best of all though is it is very quiet and a good sized outdoor private area.

Everything was as expected

The location was great easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit the host we didn't meet them both but they were always at end of the phone any issues u only had to contact them and all would be resolved. I would definitely recommend this place if you want peace and quiet the location is perfect . you have free plentiful parking, next door neighbors friendly and quiet

only issue was the cooker needs instructions as we couldn't really read the dial or knew which was the actual oven

The location is very quiet very suitable for people looking for a retreat from busy work. Ideal holiday for nature lovers and would like to explore the beautiful Devon.

The property was large , modern and very clean ,with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. It was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The enclosed garden that the sitting room opened onto was ideal for dogs ,my spaniel loved all the smells and watched the birds. Very good value for money so close to Exmoor!

It was all good ! Excellent communication with the owner by text . A message on my second night making sure that everything was ok was much appreciated.

Great little gem of a place in a lovely quiet, rural location. Had everything I needed, was really clean and warm, powerful shower and comfy seating and bed. Weather was a bit wet so didn't get to enjoy the garden or patio doors but hope to visit again when it's sunnier.

Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! The garden flat was exceptionally well equipped and comfortable. Amazing value for money and we really appreciated our stay.

Happy it had WiFi and was easy to find although it is in a fairly remote location. Perfect for our needs.
