Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend. Sie hatte zudem wertvolle Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Lage des Appartements direkt am Strand mit Blick auf das Meer ist außergewöhnlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Ein entspannter Urlaub ist garantiert.

Nichts. Alles war so wie beschrieben, sogar der Weg zum Bus, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben, war mit ca. 400m nicht zu weit und die Verbindungen kamen ca. alle 20 Minuten zu einem Preis von 1,50 € bis Valencia.

Calm, nice place at the sea. Yolanda is very kind and helpful. Nice place if you use a car.

No possibilities to heat the accomodation. There is cold in winter. Problems to get Valensia in very early morning, no buses at that time.

The location just next to the beach is great. The decor of the room was very romantic :-) The host attaches great importance to the decor and amenities for guests.

The appartament is rather for short stay, not very suitable for self-cooking. Bad smell from the bathroom (the host should flood the bathroom elbows to avoid this unpleasant smell).

Good location right by the sea and beach. Plenty of parking. Good for summer accommodation. Crockery and cutlery were provided.

The only outside space was an enclosed small courtyard. The house is designed for summer, if the weather is at all cold, rainy and so on the house is damp and hard to heat. We were unlucky to get torrential rain for 2 days and the house was not set up for this weather. There is inadequate drainage around the property and general estate.

The property owner helped with all the questions, speaks English as well and even prepared a surprise we tried asking for, I can’t give any other review than 5 stars. Only thing is that the apartment is located a bit from Valencia, so the trip from Valencia to the apartment is circa 45~ min if you are not coming by car, taxi or uber.

The property is right in front of the beach so its literally a walk out of the gate and you are on the beach , you can sit in the yard with the gate open and see the sea or have breakfast in the dining kitchen and have a view of the sea. It is glorious. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean with everything you need. Parking was reasonably easy however i reckon in summer it would be very busy and difficult to find a place due to tourists. If you like peace and quiet and sunshine and fresh air this is the place for you. If you want to be a barfly go to Benidorm

Everything was great, just a couple of niggles. Firstly theres no WIFI and absolutely no mobile signal in the house, so you have to sit on the beach to get a whisper of a signal. Ok so i wasn´t there for the internet but on Sunday it poured with rain and emailing meant getting wet. Next despite good cleanliness and effort to cloak it the drains were noticeable, mainly i think this maybe down to early season and possibly lack of use, we did notice it was not so prevalent when we´d had a couple of showers.
