Location close to Sunnyside is great. However, overall interior might need a significant refresh. The kitchen is out of age and was not crisp clean. Moreover the dishwasher did not work properly and half of the kitchenware in drawers were dirty upon arrival.There is dust in all "hidden spots" and found food and beverage stains on several location on furnitures.However, our main concern was that the only access to the house is a staircase that has no roofing. So of course has it was a heavy snow storm weekend I had to clear every day. But what is very concerning and dangerous is that there are no snow guards on the house roof at the top of the staircase. So while we were loading our car the last day, half of a 2 feet thick icy snow patch fell on the staircase and the sundeck as big icy blocks. Hopefully, we were in the house having a one last check at this very moment...!

Paige Meadows is just up the street and we were able to hike in the woods right from the house! The property was clean, key pick up was easy and the Tahoe park beach was awesome. Played basket ball and bocce ball, wish we could have stayed longer, but we'll definitely be back!

Quiet, spacious cabin close enough to things to do while also being very peaceful. Clean lodgings and everything we needed to feel at home.

My friends and I had a great time staying at Julie’s well-stocked, ideally located (<10 min to Homewood; ~15 min to Palisades/Alpine) cabin. We loved the sunken carpeted room next to the fireplace for playing games and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook big meals for the group. Sunlight hours are prime with the giant windows. We will likely be back!

Loved this cabin. Great location for winter or summer. It's not fancy, but clean and comfortable. Note - wi-fi is very unreliable so don't plan any important business meetings or to stream movies.

It was a great cabin to stay in for the weekend. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is actually a loft, not completely private. Lovely spot with access to a great private beach.

Rustic, nice location and as advertised. We just wish the stovetop, microwave and dishwasher worked properly. If they were mine, I would replace them.

The upstairs shower could not be turned on; the stove only had 3 working burners; the BBQ was cheap and propped up with a pan lid; two of the outside chairs were broken and could not be used; fire alarm went off 3 times and we had to pull out the battery; the living room lighting was too dim at night. The positive input includes: the inside is comfortable and attractive; beds were comfortable; there are no close neighbors.
