We stayed here for a week with my son while he was in between leases. House was clean, cozy, and fun, exactly as described. The communication was easy (via text) and quick to answer any questions we had. King bed in primary bedroom was a comfy memory foam. Very easy access to Tempe and ASU. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The boys loved th pool. The house was very open and accessible. The boys used the pool table a lot. Thanks for the stay.

Great property! Very clean and plenty to do. Can't beat a putting green, pool and pool table!

Our first day in the property appeared to be great. The second day we did not have hot water and Arizona was cold. We attended a funeral on Thursday but could not shower when we returned because there was not hot water for the remainder of our stay. I opened the closet door in the primary bedroom and discovered towels on the floor left there by the previous occupants. Also when anyone took a shower in the main bathroom, water would run in the hall. I left drawers open in the kitchen above the sink because it was very dirty.

This place suited our needs well. Management has thought of just about everything one would need or want in a VRBO.

Thank you for sharing this little slice of paradise. The property was clean and well appointed and definitely somewhere we’d return to. Communication was excellent and prompt.

Great house for our family gathering!

The photos online are accurate, and we had no surprises when we arrived. We enjoyed the pool, the putting green, the pool table and the cornhole game. We cooked for the entirety of our visit and gave the kitchen a workout. Here's what we found. The grill is difficult to light. Probably the igniter isn't functional, but there is a lighter that we used to light the grill. There are some acrylic plates to use, but no acrylic glasses; and with no glass allowed outside, I would suggest the owners stock some non breakable cups. The knives in the block were extreamly dull and difficult to use. There are plenty of other kitchen essentials however. The queen bed in the second bedroom was difficult for two people to sleep in as they kept rolling into the middle of the mattress. Also this Tempe house is quite close to the highway, as you can see it from the backyard, but it wasn't noisy as far as traffic sounds are concerned. I found poor communication with the property management. We left something at the house and realized it the same day we checked out. I tried to communicate with the property management and they were not good at getting back to me. As soon as I mentioned that I would include the poor communication in my review I got a response immediately.
