Did not stay. This hotel has become a homeless shelter. I expect my money back thank you

I didn't even stay here in the end

First of all I had selected to pay at location, my card was ran on check in day without me being present, I called to inform of a late check in a d they tell me right off the bat I have no reservation didn't even ask my name. I told the rep I had a confirmation number I had booked it months ago so she took my name then tells me I've been transferred to another hotel which they didn't even tell me so if I didn't call I wouldn't have known. Then they tell me it was due to housing homeless people that they move me. Went to the hotel I was moved too stay there was good. We checked out Sunday. Then comes that Monday and this hotel surestay plus which I didn't even stay at because they moved me charges my card twice for 214.05 and 99.99 when I was already back here in Cali. They had no business even having my card info at their dispose so I'm super pist because i don't have the remainder for my rent and now my landlord is on my ass for the rent money I called at least 5 times asking about the refund of the 214 and no one helps me with that. At least his point I may have to file a complaint with my bank and the facility's corporate. There was a d still is no communication and unauthorized transactions to my card when I had no reservation and I wasn't even in that state anymore.

I was transferred to a hotel 12 miles away when I went to check in at 10:30pm! No advance notice!!

nice rooms are nice, but old and a bit dated, but better than most hotels with kitchen that I have seen in the past.

reception staff are very rude, they told me that kitchen utensils and pans are not included, they argued with me telling me i should go and buy my own pans. they told me none of the rooms are garneted to have any kitchen wares. How ridiculous would it be to book a hotel room with a kitchen and not have anything to cook with?

Room was disgusting and dirty... Blood on floor, long brown hair on the bed, aircon did not work. Our engineer had to pay to stay in another hotel due to how bad it was

the manager she sat at the front desk didn’t do ANYTHING!!! even if the new guy is in training doesn’t mean you don’t tell the people in line one minute he will be with you or something anything the lady kory? female she sat there and ignored pretty much everyone at the front!!!! was very poor customer service no common proper adequacy! just plain rude as a person. I wouldn’t put someone like that at the front desk if I owned this property I wouldn’t even have her cleaning rooms!

Was a nice place for the money and the staff was very friendly. Cool putting green and pool!
