I hate this hotel.

I think it is a scam. The amount charged at the hotel was about twice what I was charged. I was talking with the staff about it and they asked me to show my ID. When I showed them my passport, they told me that Japanese people cannot stay at the hotel and kicked me out.When I was trying to contact Booking.com in front of the hotel, I was told to get out of in front of the hotel and that there are other hotels in the area. The reservation deposit paid to OYO was not refunded and I was treated as a checkout even though I did not stay the night.

Nothing is in the hotel which you can like

No one guide you to the room only they give you the key at the reception and tell you to go own and find your room number. Secondly they demanded extra money I pay extra 150 rupees for my booking. And lastly the staff behaviour is so rude. Never book this hotel after check-in you face too many issues and problems..

Nothing I liked there

Bedsheet was so dirty , with dirty room and washroom one poor working fan, cant explain how I spent whole night there. Worst experience Not recommend at all

Room was tidy

As per confirmation breakfast was included but they said breakfast is not included and I need to pay extra if I want breakfast. I ordered tea but that was too horrible and I left the tea after having one sip only.

Staff behaviour is very very rude and bad at time. it's my worst experience....I give 0 rating. I didn't recommended this to anyone.

Nearest to bus stand owsum location.staf members are very polite and friendly.have bast rates value for money.
