we are a family of 5 and was charged €1400 per night for 2 rooms. the first night we got no sleep at all due to a wedding crowd and drums banging right outside our rooms. €1400 per night is excessive. plus the furnishing in the room is somewhat dated with a lot of dust from cushions and bed covers

Disappointed that the golf club restaurant was closed

The property is stunning and the quality of every interaction with staff was flawless! Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. And, of course, you’re staying in a castle! Simply amazing!

If I was going to quibble, I’d say the water pressure in the men’s shower at the pool changing rooms was pretty weak, but, really, everything else - from the food, to the rooms, to the staff, etc. - was absolutely outstanding.

Dromoland is an incredible retreat for a getaway. Everything you expect you receive more from fine dining to leisurely walks around this historic parkland estate its pure magic. Go ahead and treat yourself, and prepare to be pampered!
