The stove does not work at all

Comfort living environment. Gave us the feeling of an apartment/home more than a hotel room. Family friendly environment. Staff went above and beyond for us, especially when we initially booked and selected our room. And you cant beat the price!

Kids running around the balcony and up and down the steps, through out the parking lot. I appreciate that it's a family friendly environment... just not a fan of them running past my door all day or playing ding dong ditch. The placement of the dumpster.... very poorly lit, back sp far into the parking lot.... I won't take my trash out without a pocket knife, mase and my phone and still feel unsafe!

I did like the price! I also liked the laundry facilities and of course the fact that it has the small kitchenette and full size refrigerator

I didn't like the fact that I had to clean it myself before I put my children in there! It reeked of cigarette smoke and animals when there is supposed to be no pets allowed. The staff was rude especially the manager. I don't believe she wanted any children there my children weren't loud or disobedient I just think she had a very low tolerance for children maybe she was high they all looked high. The whole place was run down. They wouldn't even let my daughter put her plant in the window. And they wouldn't renew me for another week and didn't give me any reasons why after guaranteeing me a renewal. When I went to the office to renew she told me I need to check out in an hour. I was stuck with $10 laundry card and nowhere to go for hours. My three children and I.

Can’t beat the price...especially if you get a room with some of the upgrades. Shelving, new medicine cabinets & brand new tub/shower with built in shelving in the bathroom & convertible couch, rugs & really cool lift top storage coffee table in the living area. Staff was super friendly & accommodating.

It’s not the best part of town so the police are called to the property somewhat often but I felt 100% safe in my front facing 2nd floor room & I would still stay here in the future.
