The location was good.

The bathroom was not clean. The bath mats were gross and wet all the time. The kitchen shelfs were dirty and full of ants. The room smelled weird. Other residents were noicy early in the morning. No wifi or at least we were not informed about the password. Only one bathroom for many people.

Nice and cosy and the host was nice and understood our situation.

The location was in the middle of the city. Highly accessible. Affordable price for a quick stay among a long trip. There was parking available as well - albeit a bit hard to understand what was ok or not ok.

Parking could've been more clear. We had a long truck that almost stuck out onto the sidewalk. I'm not sure if we ran the possibility of getting ticketed past 8 am like the owner said. The overall place could appear more clean. I think it's simply because the building material of the house is older. It gives it an appearance of being dirty - even if it's clean. This made our party feel a bit uncomfortable as though it was dirty.

House is pretty cold, could do with proper insulation and heating.

The rooms are too small. There Is only one bathroom for 11 guests. There Is a bad small on the carpet. We were happy to leave the house. Not recommended.

I did find there to be not enough seats in the lounge - it was raining and lots were using the movie area so I just had to go lie on my bed.

No heating, room small. No TV, Bedding single uncomfortable and probably wont recommend to others.

The external access area unstable with uneven concrete footpath steps and ground. Internal flooring uneven stumbled a couple of time due to just having eye surgery and eye patch covering didn't help.

Not very clean, i washed all the dishes before we ate. The kitchen needs a big overhaul, to tidy it up. Random crockery, Washing machine was there, just not able to be used as was no taps to connect it to the water. Random old towels. Just felt like the whole place needed a big dose of TLC. Could be a very cool place if tidied up.

Cameras at entrance and exit of house.probably for safety but not stated prior. Done a bit of cleaning prior to settling in, floors needed mopping and walls wiped and rooms aired out,curtains probably need cleaning.. The tap in the kitchen is touchy,not too sure what the problem is there.. Ants are a problem also, maybe bait stations set up regularly to keep ant colonies down..
