GREAT LOCATION. JUST NOISY FROM PEOPLE WALKING BY BEDROOM WINDOWS ALL HOURS AND BEDROOMS ARE REALLY LIT UP AT NIGHT DUE TO STREET LIGHTS. OTHER THAN THAT, PERFECT!

worked perfectly for our group... a little further from Broadway than we wanted but needed a large place for our people so it was a good tradeoff... and if we got arrested there was a Grumpy's Bail Bonds right next door for convenience.

These units and very close to everything! Very clean and modern! Answered questions quickly! Comfy beds! This is my second year in a row renting large places for big groups and this one is by far the best! Will definitely rent again!

The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location just a couple blocks from broadway. Perfect for a family or friends who want to be near the action.

Would definitely stay again! Location just right to walk anywhere. So much fun and history in area! Units were perfect for our celebration trip.

I had a group 14 stay here, it was very nice and located within walking distance to Broadway. Communication was great and did not have any issues or complaints. I highly recommend this place if you have a large group.

We had 6 couples, each with a bedroom. The property was perfectly located within walking distance to nearly everything we did! It had all the necessities, and coffee! All my communication was answered within minutes! Highly recommend!

great location, great trip. I liked the layout... it worked great for our multi-couple group. I would stay there again for sure. we had a slight issue figuring the doors/locks and entryway out... but once we did... all good. no issues and cleaning lady did a fine job.

Amazing property and perfect for our group of 12 ladies for a Bachelorette. The property was immaculate when we got there and the check-in process was seamless. Everything was updated and the amenities were perfect. It was the perfect walking distance to Broadway and easy access back on the highway when it was time to leave. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Had a group of 11 planned, 8 adults were able to attend for 5 days. We reserved both condos. Nice to open the front doors for easy movement between condos separated by small lobby lockable to the public. Issue with lights upon arrival but was promptly fixed by the landlord himself. Locks on doors a tad complicated. Need to double check they're locked properly when leaving. Requires three codes to obtain access which is good for security. Needs a bit of a deep clean and extra shower on Parkside difficult to find the right temp. Easy walk to Broadway, but we enjoy walking and far enough from the crowds there if you want to get away. Good supplies in the kitchen. Maybe a toaster would be nice unless we missed it. Had games to play which we enjoyed and the fold down tables were nice to use and store away when we wanted extra space. All in all, we would definitely return. We really appreciated the landlord responding quickly to questions beforehand and issues that popped up which is important.

If you are wanting to be close to Broadway, this is the place- ample room for six people in each unit. Easy Uber to other neighborhoods.

Hi! This property was walking distance to downtown, close to great restaurants and perfectly set up! Couldn't get the fans in the bedrooms to work but other than that it was awesome! I appreciated the quick responses to my many questions from the property manager. Loved Nashville and this rental was very close to perfection!!

We rented this property for the Indy car race. We rented both condos. Fabulous location between the race and downtown. Communication with the rental manager was fast and efficient. We will be back!

Very nice condo, within walking distance to Broadway. The beds were really comfortable. Only negative was the floors were dirty and greasy stove tops. Other then that is was a great place.

Great location! Comfortable beds! Struggled finding more coffee pods but loved the Nespresso machine. Thank you for making it easy!

You can tell that he is genuinely interested in making your stay a comfortable one with all of the auxiliary information provided prior to check in. We used most of the resources, weblinks and information we were given by him. Broadway in less than a 10 minute walk where there is an abundance of restaurants, bars and nightlife. A new Publix is less than a mile away. There is so much to do in Nashville! The location, layout and comfort this property provide made for a stress free, fun and memorable experience. The electronic code entry made it easy for everyone to come and go on their own.
