I loved EVERYTHING about the room. The corner suite was amazing! We watched the sunrise from our bed!

I had to pay $50 a night for valet parking because all the garages around me were either full or closed down

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Danny at the front desk. He went over and above for anything we needed. Great location.

this hotel offers nothing to justify the premium price. cheaper hotels offer more facilities. for the price I would expect at least the same as cheaper hotels. no breakfast, no free parking ($50 per day), no coffee, no coffee maker/kettle in room, no iron (only steamer), fridge already full with mini bar items, water pressure in shower wasn’t great, constant plumbing noises throughout the night, free toiletries weren’t refilled during our stay, rooftop bar did not have any soft drinks

not clean ( had to get on my knees to scrub the shower floor of slime and grime before my wife or I could take a shower). Was also dangerous. Staff not helpful. Overly expensive, no bellmen. Very poor value. would never recommend or stay there again.
