Loved Bayside Resort and all it had to offer. The house was well laid out for our family stay. Not all beds were made.One bed was made but the quilt was actually a mattress cover. Had to have someone bring linens twice. Table was covered in crumbs, floors were filthy and had to have house keeping come and clean. Lots of ants on the floors. Hot water was an issue. They sent a technician and he said nothing wrong yet still only got hot water for 3 minutes then cold then hot . The TV situation was again an issue but we spent lots of time outside so made do. Would stay at Bayside again but not a Vacasa run property.

The home was very accommodating for our family. We enjoyed all the amenities.For the most part the house was stocked with towels and sheets and pillows. Could have been cleaned better than it was. Over all our stay was good.

Overall, very happy with the house (size, layout, amenities, cleanliness, Quality of furniture). Our extended family got together and enjoyed our stay. One family member needed a portable fan (even though the Air conditioning was functioning 100%), Vacasa did deliver this fan. Thanks! One suggestion for the homeowner to correct is the steadiness of hot water flow for showering. Also, some dining table chairs needs to be repaired. Other then that a very positive experience. I recommend this house to any family who wishes to get together. The resort/community is beautiful as well!!

Beautiful, huge home! Comfortable beds! Dishes/silverware were dirty IN the cupboards mixed with clean and very randomly placed. We had to scrub & wash dried on remnants from previous tenants upon our arrival. There is NOT enough hot water for more than 2 (3 if you are really quick) showers and it takes a long time to have hot water again. Hard to figure out when everyone in a home that sleeps 14 can shower, let alone when to run the dishwasher or washer if you wanted those to have hot or even warm water. Dryer takes 3+ times (70 mins each) to dry light loads! I’m not talking towels. We checked lint trap, it was clear. Only 1 outlet in kitchen works. We called maintenance and they came and tried replacing the GFI. It did NOT resolve the issue, they said they’d have to call an electrician for the wiring problem. They were able to fix the master bedroom door that didn’t close, but couldn’t fix the master bath door that sticks shut (small child got stuck in there). Some damaged items - shades are missing some slots and the fridge is damaged inside; produce and meat drawers are broken as well as some of the door shelves. Ice maker doesn’t work. There were a few dishwasher detergent packs and some unmarked other ones that may have been for laundry, I’m unsure. We used all the free dishwasher packets provided washing the dirty dishes from the cupboards when we arrived. So much space in this home. Love the various lounge areas! Has no clocks /alarm clock in any bedrooms or rooms, but tons of TVs (we only used the one in Lvgrm 2x). Bring your own chrome cast. I didn’t see streaming options on TV. Has a pack n play despite not being listed. Kitchen stocking was just ok, could use a a few hand tools, but had, I think, 3 coffee makers. (But the outlets don’t work). Another medium pot would be nice. I bought cheap kitchen towels but then realized they probably don’t have any because they take the laundry out to wash and therefore kitchen towels can’t be there. So, no kitchen towels (dishwasher does not dry well), but there are plenty of bathroom towels. 2 extra rolls of TP for 5 bathrooms. No tissues, but did provide roll of paper towels. Some beds are super, super high to get in - mid stomach height! And some beds have thick frames so beware of physical needs for people getting in and out of these plush beds! From reviews we expected floors to be dirty, came prepared with my own mop; but they were fine. I would NOT recommend paying extra for the pool pass for off season - maybe during season the pools are worth it, but off season the Rec building is open 10am-6:45 for pool (earlier for gym or lap swim), but we were out and about during the open times, so we wasted a lot of money on these passes and they were not refundable if unused. Trash off season is only on Monday so we had to take it to a dumpster, which was a little ways away. We carted the recycling over there, too, as we couldn’t see a pick up schedule for that and the bin was already pretty full when we arrived. The house size and layout were good for our needs. Hope they get the electrical fixed and maybe some maintenance on appliances. The limited hot water was maybe the biggest issue.

Not having a working grille for the first two days of our trip was a pain but otherwise we thought the house was lovely and perfect for our family and would rent again for sure.

The house was terrific! It was well maintained and had all the bedrooms and bathrooms we needed and then . Some Need to provide hand soaps in bathrooms and trash cans. In bedroomsGreat resort and great amenities- very nice people!!! You just can't contact t he owner to ask for late special check in and checkout arrg which is unfortunate- great trip though

It was beautiful nice and wonderful place to stay

Resort was exceptional, with many activities for children and adults. Appreciated quick response to a/c and hot water issues. Disappointed that floor was dirty - white socks and feet quickly became black.
