Overall very nice stay. Key collection good, location great, parking great. Decor of flat is nice.

Points to improve- bed in back room, the mattress appears to be double in queen bed frame (odd gap around mattress). Bed in front bedroom is very noisy, you only need to move slightly and it creaks. Kitchen, there’s a little clover/ weed growing in corner by the back door (inside!). Bathroom, the plug/ sink hole is a bit grim, unless plug is in, you can see down drain (would be nice if this could be altered?).

This property is in a great location in a quiet residential street. It is only a short walk / drive from several very nice restaurants and cafes as well as Sophia Park. A free parking space is located outside at the rear of the property. The property has high ceilings, good size rooms and is stylishly decorated. There is also a garden which is accessible from the kitchen and rear bedroom.

We were travelling with my elderly mother. As the temperature dropped during our stay we attempted to turn on the central heating. The instructions (provided by the host in their introductory email about the property) relating to the boiler and central heating were long and rather confusing. A simplified version would be better.

We are so pleased to have found this property! The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location and easy walk to the city centre. We will certainly be booking again!
