Pathetic condition.
It’s not up to the mark , Infact it’s very bad condition. Property location is not cleaned , it’s not like shown in the image.

The property is not ready for guests, there is a building site 2 metres from the huts. The huts are also not closed off to the outside, there are gaps and holes everywhere that let mosquitos in.
The bed sheets were not clean and there is no top sheet, just a thick blanket for a cover which will not be washed between guests.
A young boy (assume related to the owner) strolled in to the hut looking for some cleaning products left in the bathroom, while we were getting changed…. Extremely strange behaviour.
Overall, extremely disappointing for the price they are charging. We left on the first day and stayed somewhere else in Agonda.
Communication is poor, and they need to be better at treating guests like guests. It felt like we we were inconveniencing them by checking in….

The bungalow was great with an outside verandah. Very good value. AC and fan Clean and nice building.
Food good and friendly staff. The staff didn’t have as much English as other places…. This is not a criticism but restricts opportunities… they could offer simple advice or help ..we thought they were very good and some reviews aren’t fair.
Just a little thing .. I’d have preferred a top sheet rather than a thin blanket.

The location is very nice
We visited when it was raining and water was literally coming in our rooms and when we complained the manager said this is not a lot and you should adjust which is very sad considering we paid money then why shall we adjust? We called owner and he allowed us to do adjustments later. The bathrooms were not clean. I think you can visit in summer but in rains it was disaster. Cafe has decent food

local stray dogs reside in side the property and bark whole night disturbing the peace and sleep

Staff and owners was very helpful,, they provide all our needs when we want. And also all the travel tips, ex - money exchange places, bikes rental places, also nice places to visit.. highly recommended 👌 ✔️

The huts look nice from the outside.
The shower was broken. There is no power backup. We did not have electricity for long periods at night. Cockroaches were seen in the toilet area. Cancelled our stay after one night. The property did not cancel our booking or waive cancellation fees despite so many issues at their end.

Food is very delicious and prices are fine. Staff is so cooperative & polite. The location is perfect & easy access to Agonda beach.
The water pressure was less & washroom was a bit smelly.

the house was creaking too much, hot water issues, food was not very tasty and bed was a bit hard for me. also it’s pretty inside the road so.. was a bit hard to get in and out.
