It’s was very comfortable and in an area close to all amenities.

It would have been nice to have some garden furniture to make full use of the lovely outdoor space and couldn’t get parked close to the property but that’s to be expected with this style of accommodation.

Propert is dirty mould in bathroom, that was complained about on a review months ago. They want a £400 deposit. Nothing about this place makes a perfect stay. Parking is a nightmare also

The entire experience customer service is appauling

It was clean, great location for our night out, the company communicated well with me, was refunded my deposit within 48 hours.

It was really cold when we arrived. There was just one bathroom and there were 7 of us! No useable lock on the bathroom door either.

Location was central and the apartment had good facilities which made us comfortable

Parking wasn't easy to find on the street but that's really not the property's fault

Bathroom was downstairs! Upstairs rooms were cold even with having the boiler on full blast. The bathroom did not have a lock in there.

I paid for something I didn't use. When I booked, there was no indication of paying the deposit. After I booked, I got an email to pay £400 to stay over night and they want that deposit via bank transfer and I had no means to do that transfer plus why did they booked the place and took the money if there is a condition attached to it. The host didn't call back for 2 hours and when he did he said, I can cancel it - no problem. I did that but then they refused to refund. I will not recommended this place to anyone. The road this house is on is dodgy and vert very dirty.

There is nothing to like.

Good location close to the shops and restaurants. Size of the bedrooms ok. This was a last minute reservation as we had a cancellation via Airbnb. Good communication with the owner. Quick and responsive.

This property needs some work done. Furniture in living room was falling apart- table and the chair. There was mould in the bathroom. In the kitchen not much of the cutlery- there was only one fork and couple spoons. Soon as entered we went upstairs to check the bedrooms and there was broken painting which I assume fell down from the wall - thankfully it wasn’t glass! Otherwise we would have an accident first thing - my daughter took of her shoes as we got in. The views were horrible - someone really needs to take care of this ‘garden’. Parking wise there is on street parking but the road is packed with residential cars so hard to get the space, we had to park on another road and carry our stuff. To book this place you need to pay £400 deposit- really don’t get this! I have been to many places which are better standards and looked after property and never was asked to pay anything. Soon as you book you get some kind of terms and conditions to sign and asks you to pay deposit/ somehow I paid only £0.30 not £400 not sure how that happened… then got the phone call few hours later from the lady saying we didn’t pay enough but I really couldn’t work it out how I could pay the rest.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!! If you’re young, the owner will lie about you in order to keep the deposit!!!! I was made to pay a £200 deposit and then when I left the house the next morning he said that the “neighbour” reported noise and said I had a party! There was literally 2 people in the apartment including myself, so where the noise could come from I don’t know and you can’t have a party with 2 people! Then he said that he knows I had a party because I took the bins out after I left. In the apartment there’s a sign on the wall in the kitchen that literally says that guests must take out their trash, so I did. Then he said that the neighbours reported me to the police and that there’s a police report, when I asked him to show me the report he ignored me 3 times and changed the subject which proves he was just lying about it so I could stop asking for the deposit back. And now, 4 days later, all of a sudden they’ve found a door off its hinges so they’re trying to bill me for that ON TOP of my £200 deposit! When I left the house all the doors were fine, there was zero damages! He has literally stolen off me, and is trying to continue doing so. This is literally fraud!!!!
