Ideal property and location. This house is much more beautiful than the pictures. It is in wonderful condition and the decor is far above average. It is a short walk to the beach, community clubhouse and pool. Next door, Hammock Dunes offers a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. This is, hands down, the nicest VRBO we have ever stayedit. We will certainly be back!

We had eight adults, plenty of room, loved the spacious kitchen, family room area, and balconies throughout. We did finally get maintenance out when someone from CBV was making rounds and stopped by to check in and see how things were going.Community is great and our family loves it there. We will be back and would be willing to rent the house again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! This was a last minute decision to book here after needing to change previous plans and I appreciate how patient and helpful the management staff was. Our group of six adults and two teens had more than enough room for everyone to hang out together and to also enjoy their privacy when they wanted it. It’s a very clean, bright and spacious home that had everything we needed and more. I loved the different porches to relax and catch the sun at different times of the day, and being able to walk around the community or walk to the beach a few minutes away. This is our first stay on the Atlantic side after numerous stays on the Gulf, and we were convinced after the glorious sunrises at Cinnamon Beach that this might be our preferred location. Unfortunately, with the new construction going in next door and the pool being a bit too cold we didn’t hang out at the house pool much but spent several days at the “quiet” pool (versus the kids/family pool across the street), enjoying snacks and drinks from the grill. Plenty of fun restaurants nearby in Flagler Beach; our favorite breakfast was the delicious avocado toast at the Ragga Surf Cafe! And don’t miss the incredible sweets at Delicias of Portugal Bakery. Gorgeous home in a great community with plenty to do! Would definitely return.

The WORST and I really do mean worst experience of my life, considering the amount of money and the community location, you think they would have more class and tact instead of just throwing you out. I will never be returning here and it is a shame because the neighborhood is beautiful, although in the house absolutely nothing is included besides hangers and towels, not even dish soap which ultimately makes sense because the same people who stock such things are the same ones who you deal with upon checkout. Absolutely wretched. Lying people.

We took some golfers there for a tournament and they loved the idea of staying in a house rather than the resort. Everything was perfect. The house was in great shape, clean and nicely stocked. Thanks again for your home.

We had a big storm and lots of debris in the pool but nothing there to clean it out with so we couldn’t use the pool the last few days. This is our third house staying in cinnamon beach and definitely disappointed with this one.

Reviewer Comments: The house has a great floorplan and is not too far from the beach but the appliances either didn't work, stunk or were dirty and the managers were indifferent.There were only 6 dinner forks, 9 dinner knives, no plastice wine glasses for around the pool and not enough matching dinner plates for our group of 10. (The house has beds for 14). A large wasp nest was on the window by the pool. The oven door would not shut and I had to be insistent and almost beg to get the maintenance man to come take a look. He confirmed it didn't work and gave us a rusty door stop to wedge the door closed so the oven would stay on. He said a repairman would come the next day (Friday) but he didn't. When I called two days later I was told he was "on Vacation". The manager then tried to make me feel guilty for expecting repairs to be done over a holiday. We PAID extra to be there on the holiday and expected working appliances. When the repairman fillanly came 5 days later, I had to be there to let him in. He condfirmed the oven, refirgerator, freezer, washer and dryer all needed repair or replacement. IMO the manager should have come to meet the repairman not a guest paying $1000+ a day to rent the house. I asked for somethng for our time and trouble and all got I was "thanks for telling us so we can have these things fixed for the next guests." It is NOT a guests responsibility to inspect a rental home or wait for repairmen. We have a short term rental in Colorado. If our management didn't maintain our home and treated our guests as we were treated I would fire them.

Pretty new and well maintained house, spacious and well furnished in a spotless neighborhood. Short walk to beach (though Cinnabon Beach has quite a bit of exposed rocks that will cut you at the slightest touch). The house is surrounded by the golf course. The side pool is in a bit of an awkward position, surrounded by the house but still quite fun. Service was splendid with a maintenance email answered in less than a couple of hours. A gem of a spot for a break!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this fabulous house! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the kids to spread out and be noisy with the adults finding quiet spaces. When we left the kids begged to come again next year! Thank you so much!

The house was beautiful. Very well decorated. The layout was perfect for our family. Loved having the pool. The house was stocked with everything except a full size ironing board and and broom or vacuum. But that is a minor thing! Would definitely stay in this home again!
