Easy access, lovely accommodations, plenty of space, close proximity to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, very clean, and perfect for our family stay.

Overall the property was well maintained and located in a wooded moutainside private community. The configuration of the house worked out great for our family and logistically was close to Pugiin Forge activities.

Great spot to stay put, relax,swim outdoors or in, play putt putt, or swing on the porch. Comfort plus throughout Or, in a short drive you can take in all the fun of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or the GSMNP. Great table for game night or puzzles. Well equipped kitchen too. Owners easily accessible and respond quickly if anything arises. Great grill for cooking at home. Loved every moment! You will too!

It was a wonderful experience. The home is gorgeous. We had no complaints. Everything we needed and wanted was available.

It was a great get away for our 4 generation family. Quiet and plenty of space to be together or have alone time. My 2 year old loved the porch swing and the great grandparents loved to have coffee in the rocking chairs. Everyone else was all about the pool table and hot tub. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay at this cabin. Our family trip included three couples and my mom, and one night our son and DIL visited from NC and stayed on the sofa bed downstairs. We all had our own king size bed and our own bathroom. One bedroom is on the main level, two are downstairs, and one is upstairs, which is the master suite and is the largest with a huge bathroom. There is a half bath off the kitchen, which is where you will find the golf clubs and balls for the free miniature golf course. My family and I greatly enjoyed this cabin. It’s located very close to all the attractions (around a 10-15 minute drive to the strip) and has every amenity that you would need staying in a cabin. As a family of seven (and one night nine), everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed the cabin as if they were at their own home. Jonathan is a very nice and considerate owner who will answer any questions that you may have at any time. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed, though we would recommend taking some extra towels and washcloths since only one or two are provided per guest. However, there is a washer and dryer downstairs if you want to wash them. Also, remember to take your own beach towels if you are planning to use the pool. There are two wraparound decks with rocking chairs and porch swings, a hot tub, and a gas grill. We really enjoyed the pool table and video games downstairs. We loved every day! ❤️

Very beautiful and clean cabin. Close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge. Adequate parking for three vehicles. Plenty of room for four couples with privacy for everyone. Will definitely rent this cabin again in the future if available.

The cabin was very nice and clean. It had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay here. The owners were very nice and replied back really fast with any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will keep this one on our list for our next stay.

The location was great, close to town but in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were SO comfy, the house was clean and spacious. Putt-putt course, indoor pool, gated community; we will definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the cabin. It was very clean and had all the amenities for our family. It is close to a lot of great attractions as well. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Overall a 5 star experience. Will definitely go back there again!!

Was looking for a place to stay for family of 9 near DW GSM for my 60th birthday. This listing popped up (pac man and hot tub are usually top of my list when looking at get aways) and we could not be happier! One floor for each of our families. Space to separate (both in house, at resort pool, mini golf and daily walks) but excellent spaces to gather on porch, games downstairs and dinner at the beautiful gathering table (all 9 of us - 2 infants) in kitchen. Stayed 8 nights. Rarely do we return to places, but this will be top on our list to return to. Easy access, responsive host, excellent location, property has most comfortable furniture (no expense spared), so well decorated (could meditate in every room). As noted, there is settling but we quickly learned where to walk on the floors with less creaking. Recently lost my mom and nephew and cannot express, what it meant to spend time here with our immediate family (60s, 30s, 2 year old and 2 infants). Thanks J&V!

This place was absolutely amazing!! So beautiful very clean and so relaxing! The host are amazing as well! Easy checkin, and responds within minutes of contacting. They even would check in on us to make sure everything was going good! We will definitely be back! HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

This cabin is ideally located. It is a quick drive to Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood. Our family of 5 was very comfortable!

This cabin was just what we needed to enjoy our annual family Christmas trip to the Smokies! The owners were very helpful and easy with which to communicate. Their instructions were clear, and the cabin was beautiful! The living room was my favorite room in the house. It was most cozy with the fireplace, comfortable furniture, and sparkling Christmas lights. Thank you for creating the perfect atmosphere and exceeding our expectations!

Rented for 3 nights..close to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood Wished we would have stayed additional time! Property was clean and as advertised.

Our family of 5 boys got together for the first time ever (ages 55-72)...just to hang out (husbands and wives). Jonathan and Veronica's place was absolutely perfect. Just as described, even better. Veronica even had the place decorated for Christmas before we got there in early November. Everyone in the group was so pleased we are going to try and make these get togethers happen again next year. Thank you Jonathan and Veronica!!

Enjoyed a 4 night ladies getaway at this beautiful property. The home is well appointed and the layout was perfect, with four bedrooms and attached full bathrooms. The location is convenient to all local Pigeon Forge attractions, but secluded enough to give you scenic views and quiet times when you want them. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions and acted on any requests quickly. Our primary reason for the trip was to enjoy Smokey Mountain Christmas at Dollywood, and what a nice surprise it was to arrive at the cabin and find it beautifully decorated for Christmas, too. The tree and lighted garland on the stairs immediately put us in the holiday spirit! I highly recommend the property and would definitely choose it for a future stay.

I think this was our 18th golf trip for 4 "mature" guys (ages 58to 83) . The Sparrow's Nest had everything we wanted...a private bedroom and attached bath for each of us, an inviting porch and chairs , a well equipped kitchen, and gathering spaces that provided for relaxed conversations. Jonathan was one of the best hosts that we have rented from and all the information that we needed was shared in a very timely manner. Simply a 5 star experience.

Cabin was nice and clean upon arrival. Plenty of space with comfortable seating and beds. Littles enjoyed game table, checkers and hot tub. Adults enjoyed pool table and deck with porches and swing. Would not hesitate to rent cabin again! Owners were good with communication and instructions regarding our stay.
