We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from our balcony every morning and taking walks on the beach. The area has many restaurants nearby and is quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit was as pictured with excellent views and a nice resort area but there were drawbacks. The carpet needs to be replaced. It was dirty and frayed. The bed was uncomfortable with simply a foam mattress and the couch sat too low for an elderly couple to get in and out of.

The location was fantastic, there was so much to do in and around the resort. The room itself was exactly as described and we were very happy with our stay. If we're ever back in the area we will definitely look to stay here again!

The condo was nice, exactly as it looks on listing. Our only issue was that when we tried to book a t-time for the beautiful Hammock Beach golf course (on resort) we were told we had no access to the amenities because we did not book through the resort. Turns out we had NO access to ANY resort amenities. Our bad for not asking before booking, as nothing is mentioned of these things- golf, pool, lazy river etc on the listing. Just disappointed we couldn’t even use the pool. I think this little “disclaimer “ should be mentioned as im sure we’re not the first to think we could have access to resort amenities.

The place was perfect for the getaway that we needed but I wish the host would have been able to communicate with us more effectively. We were missing trash bags and weren't sure about the beach towel and chair situation. But we will definitely save this spot for a future couples get away.

Room was very nice. In fact it was better than it appeared in photos. Easy parking, elevator to room was quick and never had to wait more than a few seconds. Bathroom was very nice. The bed was large but was a little too soft for our liking.

Beware. Another problem, you book through vrbo and property managed by evolve, you cancel, a rebooking can only be used for evolve properties. The issue is evolve has very limited properties to book.

Lovely & pretty, enjoyable accommodations. The bed was very comfortable & sheets very nice. The bath tub was dusty & had to be cleaned. Poor quality toilet paper, not enough. Soap bars for bathing were 2 small & difficult to use. Dinnerware, glasses & cups were old & stained. Hard to use appliances, so didn't, but we loved the place and the area!

Owners did not leave our name at security leading to a complicated /frustrating late- night check in - but property manager/owner was helpful to remedy Beautiful view and accommodations. Would highly recommend - look forward to staying again

The host never replied to our calls, texts or emails before, during or after our stay. The property advertises Wi Fi. The password was not on the frig where it was supposed to be. I run a business online and require WiFi and always confirm before booking anywhere. The host never responded and I got tired of running across the property to the business center to keep up to date on my business. The bed almost sank to the floor - obviously the mattress was VERY old. The painting at the front door was ripped and fell off the wall when the door closed. There are nails and holes throughout. Looks like the place was furnished at the antique thrift shop. And there was coffee for one morning. I will be requesting a refund for the entire stay. We did not have access to the pool or gym - but when we asked about the pool and gym prior to booking, they could not tell us until "after we complete the booking process". The owners do not have access since they are not in the resort rental program, and they know that. This is false/trick advertising and they know it. I have never had such an awful VRBO experience. Do not stay here unless you fully expect to never hear from the host if you need her (meggynne)

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is beautifully appointed and the host is amazing. Everything you could imagine was there and more! All of the furniture, bedding, towels & glassware are top shelf. You feel like you are staying in Luxury. I highly recommend this unit and the host. We will definitely visit again. Millie

What we liked: * Great ocean view * Pet friendly (with a $50 fee) * Big fridge for cold storage (albeit, in the living room and not so attractive) What we didn't like: * Unmaintained hallways (dirty looking walls, chipped paint, etc.) * The room keys stopped working on us twice (we had to go to the basement security to get them reset so we could get in our room) * Very old run down room decor * Very dated resort (lobby looked like it hadn't been updated since 1990) * Very dark despite big window to the ocean * The guard at the gate said he didn't deal with AirBNB guests and couldn't find our name, which didn't make us feel welcome when w arrived * Bed mattress topper was a big piece of very thick foam (i.e., no bad support) * No mirrors directly in front of bathroom sinks * Only 2 towels

We did not realize upon booking that this is not included, but found out 3 days prior to check in. Since the wording on the listing has not been updated, I did want to let any future renters know this in advance. Hammock beach is beautiful. I have been there many times prior so I knew about the amenities on advance. Other than that snafu, everything else was great on our short 2-night stay.

It was well equipped with water, snacks, dishes, coffee makers, etc. We did have a rough time trying to figure out the TV even though there were instructions.

The owner has added a large refrig and even a small dish washer and Roku and instructions to operate it. Good view of ocean in the distance. Because the owner is not a member of the Hammock Beach Club you can only use one restaurant and no swimming pools even though the owner said you could. The marketing shows amenities that you cannot use and that is why I gave it 4 stars. The snacks and additions to the unit were a nice positive. Nice owner when I communicated with her while I was there. Many fees added to the basic rental rate however.

The place was nice but the internet/TV/cable was inconvenient on how you had to log in everytime you wanted to watch something. There were a couple of nights we brought leftovers but the microwave did not work therefore was a waste of food as the toaster oven was not appropriate to heat some of the food.
