Staff's behaviour , their professionalism, hotel did not allow me check-in for online booking. They said that price is very low from oyo.

Receptionist was very supportive and professional

Check in and check out process was bit lengthy

Early check in requested at the time of online booking but staff on duty didn't agree. Charged extra money for early check in.

Location is good place esay transportation available

Here's services room was not cleaned TV also not working and AC remote is also not working payment taken in advanced before check out ..staff also respond very late .

Food was delicious and homely. Also they cooked simple salty parantha on demand for kids.

Bedding could have been better.

Had every thing, from geyser to AC and lift. But we got all help from staff, in terms of boarding and deboarding luggage, information about places. We need hot drinking water that was also served. They have water dispenser with water can, giving hot and cold water. We ordered chapati and dal for our daughter and they gave dal complimentary, thanks for that. Bed mattress seems little worn out but was comfy and we slept peacefully.

Little bit of maintenance required, rooms are not very appealing. Food service is little slow.

Its nice place , good service ,staff is also good , property is at prime location.

Location was fine and food was also decent.

Bedsheet was not that clean but was changed on request...rest was ok... otherwise value for money
