Heading homeward, ferry to catch the next morning, found this place advertised at the last minute. Owners were very friendly and helpful, didn't get there until late and to our surprise, the suite/hotel is like brand new, excellently appointed.
Wonderful bed, great shower and well everything was just so.

Centre of town with short walk to cafes, restaurants and river walk. HIgh class stopover for a romantic night away in between hikes on the many trails in the Marlborough area.
Nothing to dislike about this property, though if you want a view then request carpark side of the building.

The room is absolutely stunning and has been styled perfectly. The kitchenette was great and the bathroom was beautiful and modern. Honestly this is by far the best stay in Blenheim / the Marlborough region and you should absolutely book here. The owners are so lovely, she helped us with our bags and took us directly to our room to explain everything like the kitchen facilities, TV etc. so friendly and gave us lots of suggestions for dinner and things to do. Absolutely can’t fault this property.
Just be mindful that there is no lift, if you have mobility issues you won’t be able to book here. In saying that the owner was very helpful with our bags and carried it up to our room for us.

This is a newly renovated structure in an ideal location. The members of the management team are extremely helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying here again.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff has been amazing, so nice and helpful. Rooms are beauty set up and little things like the home made cookies left for your tea in your room and sparkling in addition to the still water in the fridge are so thoughtful.

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but continental breakfast was offered but we found a fantastic cafe called ritual fantastic breakfast 2 min walk from hotel (eggs Benidict ) a must

First the staff was the most welcoming and kind! we were made to feel right and home. they helped us with everything we needed: places to eat, laundry, a kind chat, help with our enormous bags, drive to the train station, you name it…they were on it. a simply charming and perfect place to stay in Blenheim.

Great hosts….great location in town. Lovely property with all of the amenities we could ask for. Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Wonderful bathrooms. Highly recommend this intimate hotel.

front of the hotel. The owners were so lovely and helpful,
we would always come back! We only spend 2 nights

The property was conveniently located and a very thoughtful setup. Vicki and team made us feel at home and was very helpful in helping us arrange for activities. The renovation, bedding, toiletries and coffee/tea provided were all top quality.

A true architectural delight! Immaculate, extremely elegant, spacious and comfortable room of the highest quality, with every detail tasteful, luxurious and functional. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Craig was so lovely and helpful with fantastic local recommendations and assistance booking activities, we felt right at home (we wish our home looked like this!) and had a brilliant time. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.
