It looks exactly as in the pictures. Very quiet, super clean, and the entire staff was great at all times

The restaurant offering could be improved but it's not bad

The staff were really helpful letting us stay by the pool before and after our check in out times. We had an unexpected bottle of Prosecco and strawberries delivered to our suite. The pool was enormous and warm enough to swim despite bad weather.

Bit tired looking in places.

The room ground floor and clean

Bfast / coffee/and when l was with my family in the bfastroom there was some get in with the dog and we were not happy to eat there!

The staff gave us a warm welcome and they were very helpful and kind. The room and shower en suite were very clean. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. We lived the beautiful view from our balcony and it was very quiet. We definitely hope to go again! The breakfast was very good!!

There was nothing we did not like.

the area is near the attraction and village central.

Direction signs and their relative lack inside the low-rise hotel over large uneven plot of land made searching for the breakfast room a really surreal experience even after limited assistance by staff.

Hotel and pool was good, nice and clean, breakfast was also very good.

Reception staff have to be more welcoming, wifi in rooms is very poor and Ac units need to have clean filters as to cool the room down.

Location, Room size and balcony

Some people from the staff could have been nicer and provided better clarity and communication. Reception gave us a very clear email about what we booked, but the beauty therapist didn't tell us about a choice of service we could make, kind of making the choice herself for us. Some people talked to us in quite an annoying way about things that weren't that serious (leaving the SPA a bit late, although the therapist finished late) or weren't serious at all (being pointed out we were the last ones having breakfast, although it was still 20 mins before the closing time). The path from the reception to the pool could be nicer. The bathroom (or the towels, not sure) smelled a bit like humidity

The pool was nice.

The A/C wasn't working properly. They added a bed to my triple room and it was small and uncomftorable..yet I paid more than the family room.

We loved the pool! The cleanliness of the place is also a plus. Some furniture might be outdated but the cleanliness makes up for it. Breakfast had plenty options. Once you know the best way to Noto city center it’s only a 10-15 minute walk which is perfect.

Some stuff might need an upgrade but to be honest I didn’t even mind
