Comfortable spacious rooms, delicious food and a nice pool. You can use spa facilities at another hotel 8 min drive. Short walk to the beach, other beaches at a short car ride.

Lady at reception just didn’t want to notice me. I had to try really hard to gain her attention.

The receptionist Daniel was really nice. The pool is nice and very handy. If you come early there is some water and snacks to enjoy while waiting. Dinner Buffet was amazing very complete I was actually shocked. And the man in the morning cooking the eggs was very nice.

It was 10 min walk to the Dead Sea Beach. The breakfast was a little poor. Shower was a bit too old and so were the installations in the hotel, very old. Should renovate ASAP. Only 1 lift for the whole hotel! The key for the room was so annoying to use and not handy at all, I spent more than 5 min trying to get inside my room.

Food was amazing. Recommend to book room which includes breakfast and dinners. The public beach is just min on foot. Personnel is friendly and welcome. Amazing value for the money.

Rooms are bit old. The hotel looks a bit old. Other than that, I enjoyed every single minute there.

Walking distance to the Dead Sea. Were given some Dead Sea products, mud and sweets in the room. Swimming pool was nice.

Outdated room, needs repairing desperately, as does the whole hotel. Man at reception barely greeted us, African lady at reception didn't greet at all. Manager? tried his best to avoid eye contact in case he has to greet guests, then again, it is Israel! Dining room was like a hostel's, just functional. Food was okay, nothing special.

it needs to be updated. air conditioner didn’t work well could tell people in advance they need chairs to bring to beach doe holidays if observant and can’t pay other guests were beyond rude and dirty and took Ip whole lobby and no one I k. using staff could speak with them and allow others to enjoy the space

The building of hotel is old needs refurbishment. Everywhere cleanliness needs to be improve even the hotel it is old. The music in 2 nights was too loud.

Location was excellent, close to the Dead Sea beach and to the Dead Sea Mall and also the bus stop but still very peaceful. The pool area was truly lovely and pleasant. Dining room was nice and the food was excellent, very good value for money.

It could have been cleaner. Also all the lights in our room didn’t work.

I would have liked an easy way to rent a bike. I couldn't get the app- I don't have a smart phone. If I couldve just put in my credit card to rent it I would have.

Excellent dinners-variety of drinks and food

Outdoor swimning pool was closed, and I didn't use Leonardo Plaza spa-it was too far away.

Great selection of meals for breakfast and dinner. Room size ok.

In my room was nasty bloody spots on the wall. Uncomfortable pillows. Bloody spots even on the blanket.
