Thank God I was a former athlete on track and field otherwise I would have slept on the floor. There is a bed 2.5meters high with the ceiling right above. The ladder does not help if you are not an athlete. Cheers!

The location is great no doubt about it. Staff is cool very welcoming and professional.

This studio option is quite a shame because it's in a very dirty building with a lot of dust at every corner of the floors, in the building entrance and the stairs of course + some broken windows in the main building areas. The access to the mezzanine isn't safe at all and the room (housekipping done professionally) has this unbreathable atmosphere mainly because of the building dust (so not suitable for asthma suffering travelers whom I'm not part of but good to know I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️). Smells a little like humidity mold. Room has to be renewed because some parts are jerky like in the bathroom : shower cabin.

i liked the breakfast and the location of the hotel. All rooms were equipped with air conditioners.

My bathroom was too small and my bed was to high, so I had to climb up a ladder about 2,5 metres. I dont like it. The bathroom needs to be cleaned properly as there were stains in many areas.

I got woken up with bangs on my door every single day for over an hour by the staff who wanted to change towels even after I told them I was sleeping

The staff are not helpful at all, and the room was extremely dirty. The bed sheets had stains and the bathroom was filthy Tv was not working. And the building where the studio is located is noisy and extremely dirty

The location of my property that I was staying it was not in the hotel.I was 100 m down..

The location is excellent for bus/trams. The space in the room is great and it has a balcony. Loved the hot powerful shower. The ladder was fine getting to bed.

it wasn’t dirty but needs a good clean. TV didn’t work. Needs 1 comfy chair to relax on. would be nice to have help getting luggage up the stairs when checking in, that would be the decent thing to do. The lights flickered all the time.

The location was great. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. You can clearly see in the pictures that the bed is above the bathroom, therefore very high off the floor. This was not a surprise to me since it's clear in the pictures. WiFi was good.

The apartments are within a residential building on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with no elevator. The stairs are quite dusty/dirty but I think they are now owned by the hotel.

Great Apartment and location

For an Apartment with the option to prepare food cuttlery is always good and was missing.

When I hurt my knee and could not climb the ladder to get up to my bed, the receptionist find me another room with a small difference to pay with a bad on the floor, that was incredible helpful.

The entrance door towards the steps was cluttered with what looked like trash and smelled like pee, however they cleaned on the second day while I was there.

The hotel seemed nice and stylish (I mean the reception area and my room). My room was in the main building of the hotel (4 King George). The room was clean and quite spacy; the air conditioner was enough to make it warm. Basing on the guests' reviews, I expected to see a bunk bed in my room and was pleasantly surprised to discover a regular bed, so I didn't have to climb up the ladder to get into it :-) I spent just 1 night Friday/Shabbat in the hotel, so it was very quiet. Must be noisier on weekdays.

The hotel page on Booking.com says that breakfast is available for additional 40 NIS, but this info is wrong: they don't offer breakfast. You can only have free tea or coffee (in the hall near reception area or in your room).

The breakfast was excellent.

The bed was on the top of the bathroom. The ladder was very uncomfortable to get down from the bed.
