Dirty hotel, torn stale towels, smoky room, rude staff. Located between the railway and the cemetery. There is no elevator, I had to carry my suitcases to the third floor.

The receptionist was very helpful.

The bathrooms were not clean. The shower head was rusty, the tiles were infected by fungi, the room had a bad odour of cigarette smoke. The breakfast came very late.

During booking there was written that room contains Electric cattle but there was none

The beds are organized whenever we come back to the hotel after having a tour around the city. It is near Mc Donald's.

1. The day before we arrive in Almaty airport, I requested them to book a taxi from the airport to their hotel, they refused, to do that. They are the ONLY accommodation who REFUSED TO HELP US TO BOOK A TAXI FROM THE AIRPORT TO THEIR LOCATION. We are foreigners, we need their help but they are so UNHELPFUL. The result is, the taxi driver who brought us from the airport to that hotel asked 10 times the usual payment. Thaat is what I told them why I asked their help to book a taxi for us from the airport to the hotel, because airport taxis are extortionists especially if they knew that we are foreigners. 2. There isn't any complimentary coffee, sugar or tea or even water boiler, for us to have our coffee or tea in our room, that is the only hotel that DOES NOT HAVE COMPLIMENTARY coffee, tea and water boiler, but in booking.com website, they indicated there that they provide, which is liar. 3. The location is far from city center where the establishments, malls, shops are located, 4. This accommodation has no right to declare CANCELLATION FEES. They must give enough time for the guests to cancel without cancellation fees. Greedy of money when in fact the service and the hotel is not that good. 5. The rooms are not clean, check under the beds, you will see a lot of left over of some things and a lot of dusts. Whenever we leave ur room and tell the cleaners to clean, and when we come back, we still see dirt on the floor. 6. The swimming pools must be made free of charge, this is the only hotels AMONG ALL THE HOTELS IN ALMATY which charges their guests for using the swimming pool.
