Welcoming, warm and helpful staff. Great location. Only a short walk from the main train station.

My room was a bit dated. Bathroom could have been cleaner..

Spacious room with a balcony, kettle and refrigerator.

Not only was there no air conditioning but there was no fan either. The room was on the top floor so it was like an oven during the day. Unlivable while the temperature was in the 30s.

Everything was perfect. Huge plus the 24h reception and th across-the-street tram station which takes you in 15 minutes to city centre or anywhere you want.

Breakfast could have more choices, but it was pretty decent.

I feel is super easy to go from here to anywhere in Prague because the tram is almost in front of the hotel. Even going to the train station from there is easy (if you are traveling each country by train and not by flights). Is a private room, breakfast is ok (always fruit options, coffee bread, sausages and eggs) cleaning service everyday. You can arrive early they have luggage room option. Many local shops from nails, to groceries stores, to 24 hour Kebab Place to a bar. The location is very fair.

I feel to be honest for the price is fair, would recommend to not stay longer as I did (6 days). It is cheaper and have a decent breakfast but I sadly can’t say I enjoy my stay for the following: - Many homeless people around the area. - The smell of the room, I have no idea why but it always smells bad, like old or some oxidation, even if they clean it everyday (because it is clean) I feel it has to do with old tuberies or trash cans that are not properly washed. Or a closed bathroom that is not really with any type of ventilation. So it smells always and is hard to sleep with this smell even with the windows of the room open. I would recommend to add scents to the room specially the bathrooms. - No soaps, shampoos, or anything in the bathroom as other hotels/residences so, try to bring your own or buy your own. - The look of the stairs of pure concrete was not a good one. They took away the look of the stairs going up and it was looking a bit awful. - Crossing the street for Checking, for crossing back for getting your room, and also crossing for breakfast every morning is a bit uncomfortable. - Ascensor barely working on time. - Twin beds were united and is ok but it was very uncomfortable for sleeping.

Great location with frequent trams outside the door. Its quite a quiet, calm residential area.Lots of shops and bars nearby. Easy to get into the old town and tourist destinations by tram or walk (25mins). Staff on reception very helpful and friendly. Reception and breakfast is across the road at Hotel Rising Sun.
