The Hotel Room had a Big Space and also a clean Bathroom with toiletries. the public area was also clean and the staff was nicely trained for the services.

It's very close to Ekana cricket stadium

1) They took 1000 Rs for early check-in. The receptionist took advantage of the situation. 2) My room lock wasn't working at all. I've to leave my room as it is. Luckily, I didn't carry any valuables else who knows.

I was denied check-in at the check in date even after paying the full amount weeks prior to the check-in date.

Absolutely everything. First of all they didn’t let me check in and kept me waiting for 2 hours. They didn’t provide quilt, towel etc because apparently they were running short of it. They didn’t provide a toothbrush set. They didn’t even provide water and charged us for it. The staff was unwelcoming.

I did not feel safe enough to eat at the hotel judging from the substandard hygiene.

There were a number of things the tap was broken. Mosquitos in the room. Unhygienic bed and linen. Stains in the room.

There were multiple things which were really bad: 1) Hotel wifi was not working because of low signal strength even though my room was just adjacent to the router. Also next day they changed it's password as well 2) There was a constant smell of cigarettes in the room coming out of other rooms. 3) The AC cooling was very bad. They didn't change the temperature even after complaining 4) The bed was a bit sticky 5) They asked us to checkout at 11 saying they have customers waiting and we got late by 10 mins and they just cut the electricity of the room

I booked online but the hotel didn't accept the online booking and charged us thrice more than the booking price. Bedsheet and mattress were also dirty and covered with stain. Staff asked to clear all the hotel charges at front at the time of check in. She also said that they were asking booking.com to delist them from the website.

Property images shown during booking are not found there, it may be false. During booking rental amount was Rs. 1555, but hotel management charged Rs 1683. Cleaning and other services are very poor. Behaviour of staff was also very rood.

Breakfast was promised while booking but was denied on arrival. That's actually bad, please don't promise if you don't offer. That's so very bad. location was good and easy to reach.

There was loud music that suddenly started at 0200am and when requested to hotel staff to stop that, they were very reluctant. After repeated requests, the loud music by that group of boys stopped after one hour.
