The location, the design, the comfort, the staff, the service...everything was just excellent, especially the staff. They were all well trained and their PR was superb. There was one night we were having dinner at Ocean Club and the kids at the next table were really noisy. We didn't complain but the staff were so apologetic that one of the staff escorted us to Jade Bar for complimentary drinks on the house after our meal. And when we got back to our room, we had a special plate of dessert waiting for us with an apology note. Regent really trained all their staff well, from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant staff, the staff at the pool, beach, gym, housekeeping and the chefs...they were all so friendly and attentive. Excellent!

Best hotel in Phu Quoc no doubt

This hotel was like a beautiful dream, everything was amazing in this hotel. All of the staff were polite and friendly with guests. I am looking forward to coming back very soon to Regent Phu Quoc.

The villa was very nice and as I had a small issue with the pool light I even got an upgrade. Restaurants had delicous food and the service was very friendly and attentive. I can just recommend the Regent if you want to relax and get away from the daily stress.

everything. From how staff treat you to the room…..honestly if there are more stars that can be given to this place; this would be 7 stars hotel not 5 and highly recommend it.

the beach side is not the cleanest and even though the hotel cleans it up; people unfortunately throw garbage. if you are a pool person; you will be in heaven of pools but beach water not so much.

Brilliant staff throughout the hotel - attentive, friendly, professional, happy and all round lovely people. Breakfast surely caters for everyone - possibly the biggest buffet selection we have seen in a hotel. Everything was FRESH and much of it made in the hotel.

We should have stayed longer, 4 nights wasn't long enough.

What a magical place! We didn’t want to leave ! The hotel is even more beautiful in reality versus the gorgeous pictures online. The food was varied and excellent. The sunset on the beach or from the rooftop pool is to die for. But that’s not the best part. What really marked the trip was the exceptional service. Special call out for Dora, F & B manager.

We are used to luxury travel and there is nothing to fault at this resort. The dynamic, young, almost 500 strong team deliver excellent service and are sincerely dedicated to ensuring an exceptional stay. We wholeheartedly recommend.

Great facilities, friendly staff, and amazing pools. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with a vast range of tastes, cuisines, and baked goods.

Didn't expect so many biting insects around the resort. Wind noise was particularly bad one evening but easily remedied with a towel around the bottom of the door.

The staff genuinely cared whether they could do anything at all to improve our stay. Real commitment to customer satisfaction! Beautiful koi carp in the ponds beside the walkways .

No complaints. Perhaps a slight change to the ambient music here and there, although I appreciate it’s chosen to fit the zen aesthetic.
