We had a great time here with my family and friends family. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The beach was close, had plenty of beach toys for the kiddos and chairs/umbrellas. The pool was conveniently right outside the back stairs. There were many options to eat and the area is close enough for day trips to surrounding towns and cities. The only frustration was finding a guest parking spot for us since we had to rent two cars but we were aware there was only one promised spot for parking.

We have stayed in this property before and love it. It has everything that we need for a wonderful beach vacation.

Property was exactly as listed. Pictures do not do it justice. Condo was impeccably clean, comfortable & welcoming!!. The closeness to the beach could not be more convenient. SarahLee was responsive & attentive. Check in was seamless. Highly recommend this property. If travels ever find us in IRB again, we’d surely stay at this condo.

My family which included 9 adults and 3 kids stayed in rooms 104 and 111 for a week. Both places very clean. Kitchens had all the essentials for us to cook dinner every night. We brought our beach essentials but both units had chairs, beach toys, etc. We have stayed at Reef Club previously so knew what to expect with the amenities on site. There is a pool, tennis court and grill area and easy access to the beach. They did add a grassy area with yard games since we were there last. Saralee was also quick to respond with questions and made sure we had all instructions to access units and parking passes prior to our arrival. It was a very relaxing vacation. Looking forward to return again in the future!

Saralee and her condo gave us the vacation we needed. The condo is VERY well equipped. Saralee is a very attentive and flexible host, and even gave us a welcome giftbox. The location is awesome (we love IRB and have stayed at the Reef Club before). I would highly recommend the location, condo, and host. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great stay at Saralee's property. So many things that made this a great rental but the host is the #1 best part of this condo. She is very responsive & helpful. She keeps the kitchen stocked with many items that are not common in most others. We loved the spiral steps down to the pool etc. Nice stock of beach supplies in your own locked storage unit. Assigned parking right below the unit was convenient (once my husband arrived and could park our large SUV in the space) & plenty of guest parking as well. The beach speaks for itself - beautiful. The area of IRB is a bit less crowded and feels more "family" vibe which we loved. We will be staying here again next spring. The snack box was a huge hit with the grandkids too!

One of the best places we have stayed in and by far the best communication and experience with the owners! They are great to work with!

Our stay at the Reif club Condo was perfect. Close to find restaurants and family. weather for entire month of February was fabulous..

Best of all was the support by the host. Saralee was always in communication to help us with any questions or concerns.

Loved this place, well stocked kitchen, beach supplies, baby gate, pack n play, everything we needed with small children. Stairs from the balcony gave us easy access to pool and beach. Convenient parking right below the balcony, thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Our stay here was great! The condo was clean and the size of it for myself, my husband, our kids and our in laws was perfect. The quick access to the pool/beach via the stairs off our deck was great, especially with kids. Also, having pool and sand toys in the storage locker was awesome. Saralee was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. The snack box was amazing! Thank you, Saralee! The location was great; it was quieter and less busy than other cities along the gulf though still was close to several restaurants and Clearwater was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was perfect for the vacation we desired

We have stayed in the area many times, but never at this condo. Saralee was one of the best property owners we have ever dealt with. Great communication with excellent hospitality. The condo was great being on the first level With private stairs to the pool area and parking spot. You didn't have to use the main elevators which was great, unlike most condos. Plenty to do, excellent beach, clean condo with comfortable beds with a property owner who cares!

We are 2 families of 3 who stayed comfortably at Saralee’s condo. It was a lovely place and she was very easy to communicate with. Everything you could ever need for a relaxing stay by the beach/pool. The area was nice with lots of dining/ice cream/store options, many within walking distance. Saralee had so many nice touches, we would stay again for sure!

Saralee's beach front condo was absolute perfection! She is a very responsive and thoughtful property owner. She was in constant contact from the moment of booking to make sure we were prepared. She even went as far as to describe how and where to park as well as send a video of how the digital keyless entry worked. All of the little extras she provided made us feel so special. Now for the condo....it is directly located on a beautiful white sand beach. The convenient spiral staircase access to the pool and beach was amazing and made our multiple trips to the beach a breeze. The pool and spa were well kept and a great temperature. There is even a locker full of nice beach equipment and toys at the end of the condo complex, the closest to the beach! The space was spotless and very well stocked with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. I would absolutely return to this property if in the area again. Honestly I can't say enough good things about it. This rental is perfect! Located right on the beach in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. This first floor unit is tastefully decorated and equipped with everything and I do mean everything you need for your stay. I dare you to find something Saralee hasn't provided that you need. The spiral stairs from the balcony down to pool area were so convenient. We would get up and go to the beach for awhile and back to condo then down to pool for awhile taking full advantage of the convenience of the stairs. As a host, Saralee is amazing! She provides little extras that make your stay that much more enjoyable. Any time I contacted her she responded right away. We definitely hope we are able to stay in this rental again sometime. Highly recommend!!

We rented Saralee’s condo for the month of February. There wasn’t a thing to complain about. Her cleaning service had it spotless for our arrival. Coral Reef itself is a perfect place for what we liked, relaxing on the beautiful IRB! The condo had a locked closet at pool level stocked with plenty of chairs and umbrellas The ocean was a bit chilly in early February so the heated pool was a big plus. The complex never felt crowded nor did it get loud or “ rowdy”. Saralee keeps the condo well stocked with just about anything you could need in the kitchen. She is a wonderfully gracious host who answered any questions promptly. Her welcome packet was clear and included all the info we needed to make this a great vacation! thanks Saralee and Ted!

Our family of five, with kids ranging from 9years to 15years, spent the week in this absolutely lovely condo. We had debated if we should stay at the same Reef Club, but a different condo that faced the direct sunset which was a couple levels higher, but decided this unit closest to the pool and having a spiral staircase right off the patio would suit our needs best. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID! It’s still had an incredible view of the Gulf but also of the pool and tennis courts. First off, the host for this condo, SaraLee, is extraordinary in her care and thoughtfulness as a host. She had the kitchen stocked and even a massive care package of snacks for the kids. The design and cleanliness of this unit is bar to none and all amenities from kitchen tools, beach gear, and resort toys were available and in great condition. Having the stairs right off the back patio is very convenient and a quick up and down to the pool and tennis courts. We could sit up on the patio and watch the teens swim and play tennis for hours. The Reef Club sits along a beautiful white sands beach which felt significantly more private than many of the beaches in the Indian Rocks area. The beach is literally 2 minutes to put your toes into the Gulf’s water. The pool was clean and heated as well as my favorite evening activity- the HotTub. The Reef Club’s on-site staff were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Our family is often every choosy when it comes to where we vacation. My husband prefers the luxury resorts and this was a last minute add on to our 2 week Florida vacation. This unit far exceeded what we were expecting. FAR EXCEEDED. We expected a bit run down and aging building and unit and this was not that. The pictures seriously don’t do this unit justice. An amazing host that cares and takes great detail to ensure your stay is special, an amazingly stocked, beautifully designed, and very clean unit, a fantastic area close to Clearwater Beach and walking distance to couple yummy restaurants makes this place the perfect vacation destination. You won’t regret staying at SaraLee’s Unit 104. The best choice ever!

Very nice location and beach if you don’t like the crowds at Clearwater. Everything stocked and available as advertised by owner much appreciated. They were also available for any questions and responded quickly. We had a great time and will consider coming back next year!

This property was amazing. You really don't need to bring anything except your clothes! There are so many beach toys, plenty if beach chairs and a couple of umbrellas to use so as you soak up the beach about 75 steps from the pool! The pool and hot tub were never crowded which was nice. There were always enough chairs in the deck area. The condo was perfect, the only missing thing was insulated mugs for drinks but we got those at the Publix store. Coolers are provided as well. We are planning the next trip already!!

This vrbo has it all. The owners were great, the vrbo had everything you would want for a stay, extra beach towels, kitchen gadgets, beach toys, etc. I have stayed at several vrbo's and this was one of my best experiences. I highly recommend this vrbo!!!

We loved this unit! The ground level is key with kids cuz it’s easy in and out. Reef club is a great location that is very family friendly and the beach views are amazing. The beach access is also the same level as the pool which is key with little kids—less stairs is always a plus. This is the second unit we’ve stayed in here and Saralee did not disappoint. She was extremely responsive and truly wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. The snack box was great and we feel spoiled for our next rental unit as I don’t know how it could be any better! Oh and the beds were very comfortable—I have learned that is not a guarantee in most places. Honestly the place seemed as though she lived there and just let us use it for the week as it is that well taken care of. The beach stuff was also easy to access, very organized and in great shape. We literally had everything we needed. Thank you for an awesome week Saralee!

This area is less populated and is on the beach. Beach was nice and seems well kept. The owner had well stocked with beach attire in the storage closet. Condo had everything we needed. If the A/C didn't go out our last night it would have been great.

Place is so great no one bother you I recommend

The condo was absolutely beautiful. The owner thought of everything. There were a few things I was disappointed in. The first one being that people who had not paid to stay in beach condo were always on property to the point that we could not use pool or hot tub. Also. Owner had Ring doorbell and we felt our privacy was infringed upon as she was constantly messaging me comments. We are very quiet clean respectful people towards others and their property. This was bothersome.

The property was just what we expected. Close to Pool, Gulf and Restaurants. The Beach gear storage area had all the beach toys we needed. We had a wonderful view of the pool and gulf. This trip had some beautiful sunsets.

We absolutely loved this property and it accommodated all 8 of us comfortably! It was clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner SaraLee was very easy and she responded quickly! On this trip was an engagement and we also celebrated my future sister in laws 55th birthday! It was a vacation to remember and we were happy to have spent it with the people we love!
