The condo was clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach! Pool was kept clean and is big! Lots of restaurants to get food and close to tour spots too! Kenta was an amazing host and the housekeeper was very helpful and friendly!

My grandkids and I felt safe and right at home during our one week stay. We appreciate that everything that we needed was in close proximity. Housekeeper was very pleasant and helpful.

We had a lovely time at Kenita's place in Ochi. It is clean, convenient and well equipped. We had prompt responses from Kenita when we emailed her, and we and our daughter and son in law LOVED our time there. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location, we recommend to hire a car and do your own thing. A really great way to feel part of the local culture. It was great to have a kitchen and make our own breakfast and some lunches to save money. As all the attractions are quite expensive.

The property was adequate for our requirements. Excellent location for visiting many of the tourist attractions in that area.

Great location , nice people to deal with. Did not have a chance to experience the beach so no comment on that. Every thing worked well , as advertised.

The apartment was as seen on the website, transfer was excellent. House keeper was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The owner of the apartment had outstanding customer service before and after our stay.I would recommend this apartment 100% and look forward to visiting Jamaica again.

The place was pretty nice. I enjoyed the outdoor pool and the beach being so close by. When I first arrived, the tub in the bathroom was clogged but it was fixed 2 days later.

It was a good location near everything in Ocho Rios. Kenita was very friendly.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. WE WERE GREETED and THE CONDO WAS IMMACULATE...The set up is very chic and everything we needed was there. Including water and My favorite Appleton Special Rum.. Everything was great Millicent was responsive and Kenya's very helpful and responsive. GREAT LOCATION EVERYTHING IS RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. The air condition worked very well and the breeze thru the patio doors was great... Ample enough dishes and supplies for cooking and the view was stunning.. And you are 2 minutes from bars, clubs , everything needed for a great vaca..Definitely look forward to staying again.

Kenita was so helpful, and we were so fortunate to meet her as well. Millicent took good care of apartment and helped out quickly when shower didn’t work. Close to beach, security good, right across from island village and walkway. Good restaurants especially cafe da Vinci, closeby. Good food at Margaritaville as well and on Boardwalk. Kitchen in apartment fully stocked with dishes and everything you need and grocery stores closeby. Jerry, our driver, was excellent and took us to closeby dunns river falls. John, on property, was great to take us to dinners. Favorites were Evitas, Spring Garden. Lots of fellow Canadians in complex as well. Great place and people!!

My sister and I had an awesome stay at Kenita's condo. From the beginning to the end of the process, Kenita was helpful and readily available to answer any questions. Round of applause for Ms. Kenita, I have traveled to Jamaica many times and I must say hands down this is the best condo/villa I have ever stayed in. Once you walk into the apartment it is like walking on a cloud everything has been updated to the max. This place is in the heart of Ochi Rios across the street from Margaritaville and 2-3 min walking distance to shops, bus line and grocery stores. Everything was cleaned and arranged in tact when my party walked in I never had a problem and actually had a beautiful view of Columbus Heights at night from the balcony. I have been to Jamaica 6 times in the past year and this is the best place I have stayed in. Big up your self Kenita you have a winner. I will recommend this place to anyone I know who will be traveling to Jamaica by the way if you want to book please do so because her place is booked out !

Very lovely condo, can't wait to return!! Updated, clean and safe, walking distance to several shops, restaurants, night life. Minutes from attractions such as Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, zip lining, tubing, etc...Landlord Kenita very pleasant prompt with communication. Housekeeper Millicent very attentive. The appartment is perfect for 4 people, but 5 is also possible. The kitchen is full equipped and the rooms are modern and clean. The owner is a lovely woman, that helps you with everything you need. Also the housekeeper is nice and comes to clean time to time and is there for your needs. If I come back to ocho, I would go again in this appartment.

Our stay at Kenita's Lovely Condo was wonderful.. So very clean & shiny ! Check in went very smoothly and check out as well. Her place is nice and cozy and we felt very comfortable there. The best was the communication with pleasant Kenita ( before our journey there she called me from England to reconfirm things with the reservation and during our stay we heard from her as well :) Such a good location.. beach right there, pool right there, places to eat & drink, night life, grocery store, rides, etc... Fantastic holiday apartment very secure, comfy, spotless clean, photos reflect the exact overall look of the property & surroundings........... No longer a restaurant on site but plenty of places to eat & drink within minutes walk from the apartment and a new well stocked supermarket located on the main road behind Texaco petrol station children's play area a little disappointing but did not affect the experience of our holiday as we used the pool & beach everyday

Two friends and I stayed at Kenita's property for a full week. The outside of the buildings could use major updating. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. It is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Check in was super simple, as the housekeeper met us at the appointed time to give us the keys. Communication with Kenita was a breeze, she always responded in a very timely manner. She also provided a document with useful information you should definitely take advantage of. The guys at the security gate were always pleasant and remembered us as we entered or left the property. The beach is literally a few steps to the back of the property. Although I did rent a car, the apartment is in a prime location and is in extremely perfect walking distance to practically everywhere, specifically the town centre, grocery stores, restaurants, Margaritaville, Fisherman's Beach for delicious Lobster/Fish, and shopping. One person in our party chose alternative transportation and said many of the major attractions (Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Coyaba Gardens, Mystic Mountain, etc.) are only a short taxi ride away. We did not use any of the services at the property such as laundry, the pool, massage, or etc. so I cannot speak to those services. We enjoyed our stay at this property and will definitely stay again!

Of all things, we most liked the location of this condo. It was close to the beach, the market and restaurants. There was a nice view of the Sea out of the guest bedroom window. We had all of the amenities that we needed, especially in the kitchenette, and the WiFi was very nice to have as well. While the building was a bit old and "tired", the condo itself was is very good shape. Security was comforting and helpful with questions, and we felt safe at all times. Kenita was very nice to work with and responded very promptly to all of our inquiries. Overall, we strongly recommend this apartment. Activities we recommend: Mystic Mountain, Irie Blue Hole and Dolphin Cove. We've previously done Dunn's River Falls and recommend that as well.

Any initial reservations I had about staying off a resort were put to rest when I arrived to Turtle Towers. I was welcomed by Millicient, the housekeeper who showed me to the apartment. She told me everything I needed to know and made me feel very welcomed. The apartment was immaculate and has everything you'll need. It's in close proximity to restaurants, turtle Beach, bars. Anything you would want to do is nearby! And I even met the chef Jermaine while out sunbathing. You can have someone come cook all you meals! All in all , I had an amazing time. Kenita was available to answer all of my questions day or night and made a last minute booking seamless. Thank you for everything and I will surely be back.

Our family of 3 enjoyed our visit to Ocho Rios immensely... Much to the credit of our accommodation. Kenita made the booking simple and her condo speaks volumes of her pride of ownership. The condo was beautiful, spotless and very convenient to everything Ocho Rios has to offer. Millicent kept the place in tip-top shape and was extremely pleasant and helpful.
