Very tidy, very outstanding view has everything you need for a home away from home!

Parking was a bit tight! But manageable

if you like modern design and great views, you will love this condo. very well done, with updated finishes and appliances, it felt like home. I loved the location which was very quiet and peaceful, but a short water taxi ride or drive to Queenstown. if you are looking for a retreat, this is it. I waked next door to the Hilton spa for an afternoon of relaxation, which was top notch. the bed was comfortable, shower great, automated blinds wonderful, and kitchen well stocked. For a couple, it’s perfect.

the only nitpick I would have is that we did t know ow how to operate the heat pump/ AC (I.”I. the U.S. they aren’t common), and couldn’t figure it out.

The apartment was neat, and had everything you’d need. Felt like a home away from home. The instructions for everything (Grimm checking to checkout) were readily available and clearly communicated.

It would help to know the apartment is not in the ground flood, that there are some stairs to climb to get to the apartment and that there is no other means to get to apartment apartment (for mobility issues).

facility was great, modern and has lots function. It provided almost everything that one would need

one of the toilet was hard to flush down and did not get much help/service from landlord.

The location was great thanks to the views over the lake - watching the jetboats do 360's in front of us! The two bedrooms with their own bathrooms was perfect for our family group.

The food at the nearby Wakatipu Grill - don't bother going there. Medium-rare fillet steak was served well-done twice!

Great location, right next to Hilton and the restaurants & bars at Hilton, also can use the water taxi stop at Hilton, just 1-2 mins walk. Very nice apartment, everything you need, comfortable,

If I had to pick something, it’s Tight parking for car, but still fine really, fine for us - but isn’t 2nd floor so a flight of stairs could make it hard for some.
