We had a great stay in the condo. Beachfront view and gorgeous at sunset. The condo had a ton of items we could use for the beach. It was great to have a kitchen and dining area. Appreciate the games for the family time! Easy walk to the beach. You really cannot beat the value! Highly recommend and will be back to Villa Rivera. Thank you!!

We loved this condo and would definitely stay there again! The beach views from the living room and balcony are beautiful. The condo was clean, has been updated, and has a well equipped kitchen (we cooked many meals and had everything we needed). The complex is well maintained and the pool was warm and clean with plenty of loungers. The ac worked well, even for the upstairs bedrooms. There is one parking space reserved for you. The only non perfect things: the showers pull water from each other when using at the same time, and we needed to use ant bait (that worked with no further issues). This was one of our favs!

We arrived late in the evening - but instructions were easy to follow. The pics shown describe the condo perfectly. Being right out on ocean view was a great way to start each morning. It was quiet in the complex - so pretty much had it to ourselves. The only disappointment were the rules for the swimming pool. Not allowing any floats in the water - and shutting down at dusk. But overall close to a lot of shopping and eateries

This place is great! It is directly on the beach which is beautiful white sand. You are close to grocery stores and restaurants but the property is quiet and quaint. The pool is super clean and warm.

Everything was wonderful, from the moment we walked in and saw the stunning view, spacious condo, and sound of the waves. The kids loved the heated pool. Beach was not crowded and we walked many miles each day. Really enjoyed meeting and getting to know the other tenants, everyone was so friendly! Already booked for next year, would also like to clarify James P comment. We booked this unit in April 2021 - 5 months before James P. I feel bad his vacation was ruined. VRBO software should not have let him book, but technical issues happen along with human error - (not catching it until the last minute). The host was wonderful to work with and provided prompt communication anytime I had a question. Highly recommend.

Totally disgusted. The property manager called us 3 hours before our checkin time to tell us that the unit was double booked, and our reservation was canceled. We had booked this unit last September, paid our money, signed the rental contract, and received our entrance instructions. Although the rental contract does mention the possibility of this happening, you don’t expect it to happen 3 hours before checking in, and being left high and dry with no considerations other than the property manager promising to refund my money. Poor management. Hopefully VRBO will take this evaluation seriously and reevaluate whether this property manager should be allowed to continue with VRBO.

Yes, we were satisfied with our stay. The property and location were wonderful but there were other considerations that could have made it even better.

Upon arrival we found the property was clean but not real clean. The dishes and glasses were clean but the pots, pan and cooking utensils needed cleaning. The stove top looked like it had not been clean for several weeks. The stairs had an accumulation of dust, sand and whatever. The guest room closet had beach things thrown in and piled randomly in a mess. We were happy for the beach things but --- a mess. We got it organized for the next folks.

Janice the management rep met us on arrival . She helped us with our Internet connection the first day and delivered a very thoughtful welcome basket. The next day I had trouble connecting again and talked to her on the phone. She also E-Mailed some instructions and we finally got things worked out. We had no further contact with Janice.

We did have questions but, since their were on-site managers present we went to them simply because they were there and seemed willing to help. Small things like a smoke alarm that went off in the middle of the night. I mentioned it to the on-site folks and they took care of the problem. We also used them as a resource for answers to other questions and local advice. They were exceptional and proved again that there is no real substitute for on site management. They were a great source of help and information and advice. Sometimes just the little things that can make a nice stay even more enjoyable.

As you might expecte, we became acquainted with many of the long term vacationers. In conversation with them we learned that we paid approx 12% more than they did because we booked thru VRBO and East Coast living. Information we gleaned from them revealed that had we booked thru the Villa Riviera website we would have saved a significant amount of money.

Enjoyed 2 weeks stay. The condo has everything you will need to enjoy a long stay. Close to grocery and restaurants. Had a couple of cold and rainy days, but overall lovely weather. Hope to stay again

Always clean, convenient, comfortable bedding, all you need in the kitchen to cook fresh seafood, fresh clean linens, extra blankets if needed. I really have nothing negative to say about this place. 100 percent the best

This was our first visit to the area. The rental property is in a great location right on the ocean with wonderful views and an uncrowded beach. The grounds are beautifully kept and the condo is very well maintained and nicely furnished. Kitchen is well equipped and updated. The A/C worked great. The swimming pool is large, clean and had plenty of shade and lounge chairs. Communication with Janice, the rental manager, was excellent. She is professional, approachable, and quick to respond to our questions. All around a great place to stay.

We loved the property! Livingroom sliders open to the beach which is just steps away. Master bedroom window views the ocean and you can hear the waves breaking all night. Several good restaurants close by but you have to look for them. This is the place to go if you just want to get away for a while.

Everything was great, from the actual condo unit, to the pool, the location, and the other guests. The beach was excellent, not at all crowded, and Melbourne is just a great, less touristy area, with so much to see and do. The views from our condo were amazing- sunrise every morning!

We LOVED the location, not in a super busy city but a close enough drive to places if we wanted to go. Watching the sunrise every morning over the ocean was a dream. We could see dolphins jumping, fish, pelicans catching fish, bunnies in the yard, amazing shells on the beach..and so much more. We absolutely would come back! We loved the pool too, my kids became great swimmers in the short time we were there! We loved having all the amenties, making it super easy to cook meals, play on the beach, relax on the couch while listening to the waves crash down. All of it was more than we could have asked for! Only thing that we couldn't figure out was the TV in the master bedroom, but we didn't mind because we weren't there to watch TV anyway.

We loved our stay at this complex. Met some great families who have been staying there for years as well as the manager who assisted us with having an additional car that we needed to find parking for. The rental had everything we needed plus some. Location facing the water and few steps to a private beach was ideal! We saw a space shuttle launch and a sea turtle!! The pool was always clean and never crowded. We found some great restaurants on a1a heading to melbourne beach that were beach front with amazing food and of course we at at Longdoggers ( household favorite for sure). We would stay here again for sure, great location and not crowded!!

We had a fantastic time! The view is amazing and the condo was stocked with anything we could have needed. Great area for families and close to family activities!

We had a superb stay here at this little villa. We were pleasantly surprised walking through the entrance. It was quite spacious and lovely. The villa was like a home away from home with an excellent view of the ocean. We definitely will return!

Perfect location. Balcony is right on the beach. Very comfortable beds!

This is THE beach front unit with a wrap around balcony. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing and wake up to the rising sun from the ocean. Spacious 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath that is clean and airy. Comfy king size bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the other room. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

Property is well kept, very beach. Our unit was right on the beach and a corner unit at that. We enjoyed sitting on the porch just relaxing and listening to the ocean.
