The location and facilities at the resort were good. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

I had bad cable signal in the bedroom TV on most channels and my Wifi wasn't working for 3 days but my host was able to get a technician in to fix the moderm which was good in the end.

The pool is great! there are 3, the big out door one that is not heated, the kids pool which is warmer and then the indoor pool which is like a bath so great on cold days. the view was amazing, kitchen well stocked with everything you might need to cook etc (not food obviously). I was a bit nervous about staying with children because of the balcony but the doors have chains up high to stop little ones opening them. They also allow the doors to be opened slightly for a breeze without letting most toddler sized children out which was great.

while communication with the owner of the room was perfect and timely, the staff at the desk weren’t very nice, as an out of Towner I asked for recommendations for somewhere close by to take my kids for dinner and was met with tones and body language that I was taking way too much time from their gossip session. The beds in the room aren’t amazing or overly comfortable. We had issues with the lights flickering but worked around that by using lamps, and the washing machine leaked but didn’t interrupt our stay.

Location and facilities were great we used the spa everyday. So close to everything, easy to walk everywhere and use the car park for a car we hired.

Pillows are terrible, apartment lacked basic things like cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. Some facilities within the hotel weren’t working, like steam room and games in the games room.

How room is a private rental not with mantra Mantra staff are very rude the room was very very nice and the location was great

I was not happy being misled by the ad for an apartment on Booking.com as I was led to believe that the apartment was modern and up to date as that was what the photo showed. On arrival the front desk had no reservation as it was apparently a private apartment which I was not informed of anywhere on the original booking page. The apartement was in need of an update, so very dissapointed that I didn't get what I thought I had paid for. Taps needing new washers, broken curtains, no toiletries, needed to ask owner for more toilet paper. Not good enough .

The view was amazing hotel was awesome . comfortable bed short walk to shops and markets .

The property was perfect for family! It was close to everything and it pretty much has everything there that you need. The host was amazing and easy to contact. Everything was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay! We will def be back again. Thankyou to the host and booking.com

open floor plan, very large, neat and amazing ocean views

balcony door is a safety risk as it locked behind me as I closed the door and was stuck on the balcony (my 3year old luckily was able to open the door for me) also maybe have a small side table outside and away from the balcony rail instead of the large round table that is next to the balcony rail as it also poses a safety risk for children to climb onto and tip over the balcony. children are quick! even with supervision.
