Great house

This property was a great place to stay. Just south of downtown Indy it is conveniently located. Would definitely stay again.

Nice newer build, clean, modern, nicely decorated, & very spacious with great Air Conditioning! Very comfortable inside. Beds were very nice! It’s the nicest house in an older tightly packed neighborhood. We loved having 3 full baths upstairs, plus the powder room downstairs. But upstairs baths can only be accessed through the bedrooms, not by any hallway entrance. As other reviewers mention, parking is a challenge! There’s a nice 2 car garage on the property which was not made available to us. So it’s street parking only, but there’s no parking allowed on the east side of the street in front of the house! Given the sketchyness of the neighborhood, I didn’t feel great about parking on the street around the corner. Not much to do or see in the backyard. We found it a pretty useless space unfortunately. Laundry services were also behind locked doors, so we weren’t able to do any laundry over our 5 day stay. Although the house sleeps 14 in the listing, you’re gonna get charged extra for anything past 7 guests. I really didn’t notice extra bedding or towels for the extra guest we paid for, so… In all we are very happy with the stay given its close-ish proximity to downtown Indy which is what we needed. If the garage and laundry were made available along w some backyard improvements this house could be 10 stars! We paid a bit over $500 per night for 5 nights with all the taxes and fees included. And I think it’s worth every penny given the very goods with the slight bads.

Enjoyed our time in Indianapolis. The house is very conveniently located. It is close to the stadium, the convention center and all things downtown. It was very clean, and equipped with everything you need. Gasper, the owner, was very responsive. The neighborhood is not the best, but we had no problems. Parking is a challenge, especially if you have a large vehicle. Wi-Fi access was inconsistent.

Beautifully renovated house in a neighborhood that is currently in middle of being updated. Really close to the stadium and downtown. Loved the open floor plan. The teens had fun using the yard out back to do some sports. Overall everyone had great time. Much better than staying at a hotel.

This property is exactly as advertised. It was spacious and clean, and it was perfect for what we needed. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel.

My family and I enjoyed the home. It was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials needed to make our stay pleasant. Gasper was a great host. 👍

Place was great. Communication wasn't great. Wasn't responsive when we wanted to remove a day. Didn't send check-in instructions until I asked for them on check-in day. Didn't send check-out instructions until after we already left.

Nice place close to downtown, would definently stay here again!

This house was perfect for what we needed. There ended up being 12 of us and we all fit perfectly fine. This is an absolute amazing location. The parking is a little confusing but other than that it was so clean and tidy. Great stay.

This house was perfect for our annual girls weekend. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing was not sure if the house truly sleeps 14.

My group of 10 had a great stay. The house is new and nice and we had plenty of space. It is very conveniently located to downtown so we were able to easily drive, Uber, or walk where we needed to go. The host was readily available to assist and made sure we were all set for our stay. Would recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Near downtown Indianapolis makes for easy walks to the city center. Would be more than happy to stay here again for future visits.

The house has great updates; it was very modern, had plenty of space, and was so conveniently located. The host was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly responsive - even at odd hours of the day/night. It was perfect for our family and I would definitely stay again!

The house is located only 5 minutes from downtown which was perfect for our gathering. The house was very nice inside and well kept up. The owner was very responsive to any requests we had or information we needed. We will definitely be returning on future trips.

House and owner were great. We had a fantastic time. Close to downtown and all the restaurants. Downside is the trains and neighborhood is still developing to be a safer and cleaned up area. But overall no problems!

Gasper was very responsive to all our needs. The home is brand new, clean and comfortably fit our entire group of 10. Location is a very quick Uber or weather-permitting walk from a lot of great downtown spots. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for a conference at the Convention Center. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The entire experience was great for me and my family. Our first Thanksgiving at a non-family members’ home and we enjoyed it! The home is very clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The home is very spacious and can accommodate a large group comfortably. The downstairs bathroom door and limited cookware were the only two minor hiccups we experienced during our stay.

Everything was as advertised or better!

Great place

The house was great. Updated, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed staying here. The owner is easy to communicate with and responds promptly. The neighborhood appeared to be a little sketchy but we didn't have any problems with anyone.

This house was perfect for hosting my sister’s bachelorette party. We had plenty of space to gather and relax. The location was good - very short Uber/Lyft to downtown. Only drawback was the neighborhood/parking but that’s expected with an up and coming area. Overall would definitely recommend!

This property itself was great and the owner was easy to work with but I wasn’t crazy about the neighborhood it was in.

The process was simple and the house was excellent and larger than we thought I gave a 3 rating for meeting the owner because I never met him some people got there before us and he talked with them. Very convenient location and I’m looking forward to staying there again during NBA season. I recommend this house for anyone visiting Indy.
