Apartment was very spacious and quiet (we were 3), kitchen was well equipped, bath was LOVELY.

The apartment was exactly what we hoped it would be, with comfortable beds, a great kitchen that came with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a comfortable couch in the living room that came with access to TV stations and Netflix and, of course, the wonderful view of the city of Bath, which we loved waking up to.

To be honest, I'm not sure we would change a thing. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. And the few times we had questions, Dan replied to us promptly.

Amazing location and as long as you don't mind walking up a hill when coming home then it is so close to everything and much more economical than a Hotel. Very clean apartment and enough space for the 4 adults.

the apartment was located on the 4th floor and no elevator, it was a lot of work to bring big luggages.

Accommodation in Bath is extremely expensive so although not cheap, I felt this apartment was good value. It does have a spectacular view over the city and is within walking distance of the main sights (the Royal Crescent is about 5-10min walk, Bath Abbey perhaps 15-20mins). The apartment itself was spotless and finished to a high standard with a very comfortable sitting area and two small but comfortable double rooms.

Unfortunately, there is no parking at the apartment (the street is parking permit only) and so I had to leave the car in a nearby long-term carpark - factor in 15 pounds per day to your costs for this. I think very little Bath accomodation has parking though, including the hotels. Although the apartment was really quite lovely, it is on the top floor and the last flight of stairs is steep and narrow. It was probably a mistake to book this for myself and my Mum as she didn't find it easy to get up and down - won't be a problem for most people and as I said, the view is fantastic!

A great property in an ideal location to be able to explore the local area within walking distance and amazing views of Bath from the rooftop. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a few days in Bath. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, comfortable, great view over city.

For 2 people getting on in years(a bit), the walk up the last part of the journey from the city centre was a bid of a challenge. The 60 steps up to the top floor became almost enough to put us off leaving the apartment. There wasn’t an oversupply of crockery in the kitchen but it was adequate.

Very steep internal stairs

The location was perfect & the view was amazing. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great value for money …. just one point to raise and not a biggy, The apartment had a dishwasher but didn’t provide any tablets. As a visitor, you wouldn’t buy this item for a 2 night stay.

We have stayed here a number of times as we visit Bath very regularly. The apartment is at the top of town and therefore lovely and quiet. Beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well equipped and the decor is simple and tasteful. The sunrise and sunsets from the sitting room are stunning.

A parking permit would be wonderful. Otherwise nothing to complain about!
