Bathroom smelled of drains. Internet didn’t work, air con was noisy. Whole apartment shook at night.

The property is very well situated right outside London Bridge train and metro stations. Apartment is a good size. TV is great and has an amazing selection of channels. it’s handy that you don’t need to do a formal checkin process, as you’re given codes for the doors, however it’s also more difficult to remember 2 different codes (front door and apartment door). Overall I liked this apartment and would stay here again.

AC was not effective as it was tucked behind the kitchen bench. So the apartment was quite hot. it was also quite light as there are no curtains (just blinds). I couldn’t work out if the “mirror” in the bedroom was a TV or not. it looked like one but there was no remote. but if it was just a mirror, then that’s quite odd given the placement. Details showed that “upper floors are accessed via stairs” this was a bit deceptive, as all apartments ONLY have stairs, I was not prepared for this when I found out that I was on level 3 - was hard work getting my suitcases up the 56 stairs and small stairwell.

Location for me was perfect, clean, fully equipped kitchen.

Wifi wasn’t working property, very noisy, I could hear people walking in the apartment above me, pretty noisy from the street as well. Fridge was making strange loud noises all the time so it was very disturbing at nigh time.

It was like home, away from home. We had everything we wanted and wanted to do within easy reach/distance All was as described - within a nice neighbourhood very close to the London Bridge Underground/train station. Our queries were attended to, online within time for our travel.

could’ve done with basics like oil fo Oil for cooking, tea towels for drying two skylights meant room got BRight at 5 am, very loud mobile Aircon Which had to be emptied twice a day, 24 hour to deliver TV batteries (I was isolating)

Perfect location, close to the river, public transport and walking distance to central London along the river.

A little street noise, as it is bustling outside. why no microwave?? Stairs to the 3rd floor could be tough for some. Entry keypad system is a bit nerve-wracking.

Small bed for 2. window does not provide any view. The pictures in booking.com let you think that the window is a normal one and not in 2meter high. Makes it feel closed. 3 floors to climb when having the top apartment.

The Location was absolutely amazing! Walking distance to London Bridge Station, the Shard, Tower Bridge and a host of coffee shops. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer is also a huge bonus.

Horrible experience… the famous Yale lock system did not work. We had a hard time getting in and then got locked out for 2 and half hours after a very nice day in London which destroyed our London experience. Very unhelpful staff. There was another guest locked out and we kept asking for help and they kept telling us to try open the door without luck. We had to call emergency numbers.. police, fire to get help. Apartment looked quite different from pictures. The sofa bed was dirty and there was no bed linen for the sofa bed, will never stay there ever again.

This apartment was fantastic! Perfect location, right next to London Bridge station. Walking distance to Tower Bridge, river Thames, Borough Market, Hays Galleria and so many restaurants and shops. The ideal luxurious apartment for a short break in London. Great decor, spacious kitchen/living room, heated bathroom floor, comfortable bed and couch. I felt right at home and I absolutely loved my stay! Friendly and helpful staff when needed. Quick response whenever I contacted them via email. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again! Highly recommended!

The location was as close as it gets to perfect. The facilities are amazing. The city views were exactly what we wanted from our London holiday.

Issues with entering the keypad door, so we had to stand outside on the pavement for 1.5 hours with all our luggage, just having arrived after a tiring 24-hour flight. I believe the staff could have made a better effort to sort the door which it seems like someone had not properly closed before us. We were finally helped by a friendly lady from the barbershop next door. once we were in though, we had the best 3 days imaginable. The apartment had a particular„curry fish“ smell, which was a bit bothersome every time one entered it from outside. Probably courtesy of the previous guest.
